I booked a room for my self and my partner.
She booked a table for us at you're restaurant and meals were great, friendly staff nice tidy area and table.

The hotel room was a cosy and comfortable one. The bed was nice, only issue is I'm picky on pillows but that's just me.

Chicken and ham pie was lovely, chips were tasty. The gravy was really nice.
Steak cooked right, the peppercorn sauce was just right, really nice meals in fact.

We stayed for 2 nights when visiting the area for a family event and a large free car park made things easier when we arrived.
We received a warm welcome from Jason, the manager.
Our room was attractively decorated with plenty of space for our things and the bathroom was spotless although, unfortunately, the soap in the shower soap dispenser ran on the second morning.
Free WiFi and a large screen TV.
We enjoyed two evening meals in the restaurant and both were delicious.
The cooked breakfasts were also delicious with perfectly cooked eggs served on yummy sourdough toast.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which was made more special by the excellent, professional and friendly staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and they all seemed to be happy in their work, which was a pleasure to see.
Thank you Jason, Zane, Sam, Molly and everyone whose name we didn't discover but who made our stay so enjoyable.
We would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to anyone. It's great value for money.

Great hotel, rooms and decor a little dated but has everything you need. Breakfast host was amazing, remembering orders and hot drink choices from previous days - Zane the Assistant Manager went above and beyond throughout and will definitely be staying here again in the future if the opportunity arises. The service was very good as always, staff are really friendly and helpful. The food was great, especially breakfast, which is down to the one waitress who is on the ball. Only stayed 1 night this week, but I have been staying 3 nights per week.

The room walls are a bit thin so when someone has their tv on it sounds like you are in the same room.
Food is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful.

I think the staff was probably the best part about staying here for the night.
The room was probably the budget size for a couple. Big of a squeeze.
The evening meal was nice, I could of had more.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant.

Gorgeous building in a nice quiet location, came in and was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly receptionist (Claire)

Breakfast was great with lots of choice as I’m very picky, Stella served me and was lovely.

Will certainly be back, maybe to try the Sunday roasts

Lovely hotel we used as a midway stopover. Room was tidy and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was great with a full English, selection of fruit, cereal and croissants etc.
The big selling point for me were the amazing staff. They were absolutely fantastic as a team and made our stay very pleasant indeed.
