Very comfortable bed.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent cleaning service.
We stayed here for a week and our room was perfectly adequate and good value.
The bedding and towels are very clean and good quality.
The shower room was nice and clean.
We had a room with a view of the weir and the sound of the water was minimally invasive and quite soothing.
The hot water was not working initially but was sorted straight after reporting the problem.
There was good regard to covid restrictions during our stay.
The hotel is very convenient for stations, buses and the town centre. Also has good connections to major roads.
The only slight drawbacks are the very limited number of car park spaces (although there are additional spaces in a paid car park, right in front of the hotel car park - not operating whilst we were there due to road works), the very small lift and the smoking area right by the main front door.
There is a dining room which looked very nice and a public bar, neither of which we used.
I would certainly I would stay again.

Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable. Has a very relaxed atmosphere. Food in the bar is excellent. Breakfast is buffet style and has a good choice. Ideal spot for the West Coast without being in the hustle of Glasgow. Great for couples.

Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was alright. Rooms could do with some work, especially the ceilings. You hear people walking about and the plumbing is noisy. It's clean though and the bed was comfy. Very well situated

We stayed at the Watermill Hotel after unfortunate events, but we are so glad that we did. The hotel itself has a lively charm to it, the location was perfect (a few minutes by foot from the city centre and close by the airport by car) and the people there were so compassionate. It was a really personal experience, thank you for everything!
Can definitely recommend!

The outside looks nice and it's by the river which is nice. The hotel is dated and not well maintained inside. Thus makes it appear dirty even so it's clean. The shower gel and shampoo are nice but the shower only has a trickle mode with cold or freezing cold water to choose from. The cooked breakfast is nice and large portion the "continental" breakfast choice is limited. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. Good for overnight stopovers

The view from my room 109 was stunning you good see the see the waterfall literally on top of you, awesome.

The rooms do need updating, but for price of the rooms you can't fall off, staff were lovely, very welcoming, I would come back in I was ever in Paisley again.

I really don't mind, that this hotel is old, but I do mind that it's really neglected. Springs in the mattress are standing out, wallpaper is getting off the walls, cracks in the windows and cold air getting into the room, what made it very cold. It's far from nice and cozy, and it wasn't worth the money we paid. Though there is one good thing - the staff! People there are amazing, very nice and always ready to help! This could be such a nice place, what a pity that more care isn't spread onto this place.

We booked the most basic room just a day beforehand. We arrived 2 hrs before check-in and the reception lady was kind enough to arrange a room as early as possible. There is a big waterfall next to the hotel.

The hotel doesn't arrange taxis but you can call them up to ask for a taxi company's number if needed.

Overall nice hotel.
