I had the most awesome treatment. It was a great experience and of course my skin feels phenominal. The additional advice is most helpful and clearly explained which makes it just fantasticly easy to implement.
We always get told you must pay attention and give your skin TLC with a talked about and akso being just after our group call last time, all the layers make more sense.

An absolutely superb facial from Jennie - really didn't want it to end! She incorporated so many different aspects, including the LED treatment and an excellent shoulder and scalp massage, and my skin feels wonderful. Roll on next time!

Wow, I can honestly say thanks to Jennie my skin has never been happier, clearer or more even!

As someone who lives in Devon my skin journey has been online, at first it seemed strange choosing a salon knowing I wouldn’t have any physical appointments but Jennie has been so incredible with regular check ins, zoom consultations and with her knowledge this hasn’t been a challenging process at all.

Being able to try the at home kits first to get a feel for what I like and how my skin would respond before buying a full size product has been amazing, I really appreciate someone looking out for the customer!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I 100% recommend this salon and Jennie to everyone!! ⭐️

Jennie really knows her stuff when it comes to skin. There's a reason this salon has the reputation it does. So helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy when it comes to buying products she recommends. I took my teenage son recently and she made him feel so at ease and gave him such good advice before during and after the appointment. My only complaint would be you have to wait a while to see her as she is so popular.

As a newcomer to the area and after spending thousands on hair removal treatments over the years, I've finally found someone who can permanently remove hair! I've had such great results via electrolysis withJenny and I'm super impressed! When I've had treatments with others (including laser treatment) the hair growth has only minimally reduced; with Jenny the results are fantastic and if she doesn't feel you need further treatment on a specific area or as many treatments, she'll let you know. I'm already booked in for other treatments with Jenny and can't recommend her enough. Thanks Jenny!
