Very comfortable and relaxed b&b. Excellant cooked breskfast. Good location for walking to restaurants and shops etc. Hosts helpful and friendly. Quiet location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedroom was lovely, it was very clean and the location was very peaceful and relaxing but only a 10 minute walk into Horncastle. The furniture was of a high quality, the bed was comfortable and the en-suite shower room was very clean and modern.||||Beverly was a very welcoming and friendly host. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this B&B. We shall be returning!

Went to this b & b while attending family wedding ,Absolutely beautiful, stunning, quiet peaceful b & b, welcoming was friendly, polite & such a lovely family. Would highly recommend this b & b, beds were extremely comfortable, clean, sheets & rooms, tea & coffee facilities were just what we wanted, shower very hot & all brilliant. Highly recommend the breakfast choice from cereal, fresh juice, tea, fresh coffee, full English breakfast & toast, nothing too much trouble, own keys to rooms, parking at b & b secure, amazing people very kind , we will be seeing you again. Outstanding.

We were having difficulty finding somewhere to stay the night before we checked our son into his room at Lincoln Uni. Bev was doing the same for her son but she fitted us in and the arrangements were straightforward. The place was easy to find and in a great location on the outskirts of the Wolds but only a stroll from the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast from Bev's mum next door was superb. Lovely hosts all round and we will stay here again when in the area. Recommend dinner in Woodhall Spa (everywhere was booked in Horncastle) - particularly the Italian opposite the CoOp, superb food and service.

I shared a twin room with a friend as this was the only space I could find near Cadwell Park race circuit. The rooms are clean and facilities in the room good, bed good but shower a little week. I had a little problem with my motorbike and the landlord was extremely helpful and friendly, even moving his car out of his own garage to let me use it in the dark.... The cost was very reasonable and my early request for breakfast was no problem. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed the night here while walking the Viking Way. The house is on the eastern outskirts of the town. It is a traditional B&B - rooms in a family home - clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and quiet. Beverley is a charming, welcoming hostess and we had an excellent night, with a great breakfast in the morning.

Stayed 2 nights in a charming twin room. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Tea and coffee making as you would expect. Small but perfectly formed en suite. Breakfast was cereals, toast with a selection of jams etc and full English or combinations there of as you wanted. This is a family home but the family were away and we were looked after by Mum in law next door - who was lovely. Good value for money too. |10 mins walk into Horncastle with its quirky antique type shops. Lots of places to eat. |

Lovely quiet location,

No complaints about the room, was clean ,slept right through we arrived late and left really early due to racing so never got to try the breakfast. Would recommend for quick short stay over.
