I had a very positive experience during my recent surgery to remove a lipoma on my left hand performed by Dr. S. Ratu at Clinic Modality. Dr. Ratu made the entire process enjoyable by his exceptional patient care and communication.

Very good and professional. They understand what the client wants and make it as natural as possible. They totally understood what I wanted and I'm really happy with the service. Dreadful customer service. Have been chasing up an appointment since last 6months. They are happy to take your money to see the doctor but when it comes to treatment nothing happens. So many delays. Receptionist was rude and not at all accommodating. Dont waste your money or time. There is no parking on site either.

I visited modality spa soho road 31st October I saw Doctor Ratti because I was concerned I had a nasty lesion on my toe he reassured me that it was nothing sinister I’ve been using this place now for a few years now as NHS waiting times are so long! I would definitely be using be visiting again if needs be

I had my very first experience of botox and fillers in December for a Christmas gift. I was so nervous and anxious as never done anything like this before. Dr Rati was absolutely amazing and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I am over the moon with the results and will definitely be going back for my follow up and continue with these treatments .
