Their theatrical flair ,which offers something different ,is the reason I would always choose them and is perfect for weddings and corporate events too x

Wow, what a fabulous mouth watering experience. We attended a private dining evening at a friends house. Molecular Magic surprised us with a beautifully dressed table and creative flair. Every dish was a delight. Everyone loved the experience and we would highly recommend.

We used Magic for our wedding catering at Sopley Mill and loved every minute of the experience. From the get go, they were helpful, friendly and passionate about their service and food and when we get an opportunity to sample it before the wedding day we were blown away by the quality of the food and excited to be able to share it with our guests. Come the wedding day itself they managed to continue to exceed my expectations - I never would've expected to receive so many compliments from our guests about the food and service, but thanks to Magic's excellent menu, brilliant presentation and delicious food, every one was delighted by the experience (so much so that others are trying to work out excuses to throw parties to have their food again!).

I really can't thank them nor rate them highly enough - they helped our wedding day feel even more special which is no small feat!

Delayed review from my mother in law’s 70th in January. Cannot speak more highly of Magic - absolutely incredible evening put on by him and his colleague. From the start, communication was superb and on arrival, Magic and his colleague took over the kitchen and delivered on the most brilliant of events. The food was absolutely out of this world, this combined with genuine sorcery added so much atmosphere to the night - it was really very special. He is an extraordinary talent and with it so relaxed that it’s the perfect combination for an in house dinner party. Photos simply won’t do it justice but it was knock out and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.

We first saw Molecular Magic when we booked our wedding venue and they were one of the caterers available to use. As soon as we looked at their social media and website, we knew we wanted to go with Molecular! And our first conversation with Karolina cemented that. Karolina and Magic were incredibly accommodating (especially as we had a few special dietary requirements amongst our guests) and were very flexible in the run-up to the wedding when we were uncertain whether a couple of family members would be able to make it due to ill health.

Our tasting was an incredible experience; we were undecided between a few dishes, turned up expecting smaller plates of each, but got full sized portions of everything! We didn't want to leave anything untouched so safe to say, we walked (or rolled!) out of Molecular HQ with very happy, full bellies and super excited for the wedding day. All our guests spoke so highly of the food and service and loved the added extras, like the way our canapes were presented and the dry ice with the dessert.

I honestly cannot recommend Karolina and Magic and the whole Molecular team enough. We always keep an eye out on their socials for any pop-ups or events as our wedding will definitely not be the last time we want to eat Molecular's food!!

Molecular Magic provides a modern and imaginative take to catering and we were keen to have them as our wedding caterers as they provide not only amazing food, but an experience for your guests.

Karolina and Maciek are both personable and true professionals who helped us to create the perfect menu for our guests for our October 2023 Sopley Mill wedding. They were especially considerate to ensure one guest's meal (with dietary requirements) was perfect to ensure we would rest easy during our wedding breakfast.

Our guests to this day cannot stop raving about how fantastic the food at our wedding was and I cannot stop thinking about the amazing Pestiko.

We would definitely recommend Molecular Magic to anyone looking for a classy touch to their catered event. MM were our chosen suppliers for a wedding with 100 guests. The whole process was seamless, we had numerous compliments from our guests who thoroughly enjoyed the food, the ingredients were very fresh and the presentation was on another level. So much thought goes into the dishes and you can tell they are passionate about their business. To top it off, Karolina and Maciek are some of the nicest people you will meet and I cannot thank them enough for making our big day so special.
