Excellent weekend. Beautiful old house and grounds. Fun playground trampoline and hot tubs for the children and very helpful owners. There were 21 of us staying and we all had a good time. Comfortable beds and rooms and plenty to do with pool table etc.

Had a fabulous stay at Molland Manor House, our bedroom had everything you could need and also a jacuzzi bath. The gardens were wonderful and they had some gorgeous horses. Tracy and Steve are fantastic hosts, warm and friendly made our stay that bit more special. Would recommend this place to anyone. Gavin and Judy.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, nice peaceful and quiet. Dog friendly and loads of routes to walk locally. Tracy and Steve very helpful and informative of what to do / eat etc in the area.|Beautiful breakfast, so nice and filling, we cancelied lunch and had a lovely long walk pegwell bay which is close by. Toiletries, chocolates, tea, coffee, fridge microwave and kettle all available In the very comfortable room.|Would definitely come again 😁 the spa bath was amazing

My mum wanted to find somewhere for our whole family to be able to stay together and she could not have found anything more perfect. Molland Manor is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by picturesque countryside. The house itself had plenty of space for all 24 of us with a dining area and lounge big enough for us all to sit. Most of the rooms are huge and have ensuite bathrooms some of which have jacuzzi baths. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay effortless, the bar area was perfect for us younger ones, with a pool table and karaoke machine. I had worried when I'd read an earlier review about the owners getting frustrated with loud music but there are clear signs that ask you to close windows and doors after 11pm which we did. We had people up until 1-2 am for two nights and had no complaints about noise or told to turn music down. I think sometimes people forget they are in a family home surrounded by their neighbours but as long as you are respectful there won't be a problem. We found the owners to be extremely helpful and approachable and although when you hire the whole house they stay in the property behind the house we barely saw them and they left us to our own devices. The garden is perfect for children there are tree swings, slide, trampoline goal posts, plenty for the children to do and they spent so much time running around outside. We also had access to the hot tub which just made the stay that extra bit special. I really cannot recommend this property enough especially if you are looking for somewhere as a big group to stay.

Probably the best b & b we've ever stayed in! So comfortable & homely, a beautiful old 16th century house & lovely grounds. Tracey & Steve could not be more helpful & every detail thought of. |So good to have "honesty bar" to be able to stay in for the evening & have a drink, chat, play games etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Excellent cooked breakfast.|Hope to come back with grandson who will love the play equipment.!|Great location too, not too far from Sandwich & Deal.

We had a lovely weekend break at this beautiful and historic b&b. The room was very clean and there was everything you could want, especially liked having the fridge. The quirky bathroom had a super spa bath and a good shower. The cream tea on arrival was particularly welcome! Good location and very peaceful surroundings. Fantastic setting and an outstanding building and grounds, hosts were brilliant and will go out of the way to make your stay extra special. Our room (1) was beautiful and the shower was unreal, everything you needed was in the room. Really can’t find anything negative to say.

Lovely house, but let down by breakfast. Orange juice long gone off and bacon and sausages very overcooked. Bacon was like leather. Their pots for tea have a design flaw as tea is always weak, so opted for coffee. Stupid, I know, but too polite to complain.
