We had a wonderful afternoon at Monart Spa for hubby's birthday. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The spa is beautiful and tranquil, we loved that it was adults only and that it wasn't overbooked. We were almost always alone in every room, which made the experience even more special and relaxing. Everything was spotless and beautifully designed, we loved the cold shower in the steam room and the aromatic highland mist in the experience showers ❤️ We had coffee and fresh fruit in the relaxation area and the service was incredibly friendly and kind. We felt like royalty! The three hours were enough to explore the spa and have a half hour coffee/fruit break before leaving. This was the perfect treat, we didn't have any treatments this time due to the cost but they must be amazing. We highly recommend Monart spa for a special day, anniversary or a girl's day out. We'll be back!

Wonderful experience at this lovely spa. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, making to feel at home. The faculties are the best I’ve found at a UK spa. The spa doesn’t feel crowded, as there are a limited number of people allowed in at any time. They think of lovely little personal touches and this made it such a fantastic day! Thanks

Amazing experience all round. We were welcomed by Joshua, who was both knowledgeable and friendly when telling us about all of the facilities on offer.

We had the 3 hour experience that included one treatment. The thermal facilities are great, we enjoyed the infra-red room and salt grotto.

I could not recommend this place any higher, there were other guests there but the way they structure the time there makes you feel like you're the only people there!

I enjoyed my time at the spa (apart from the man at the beginning, he spent far too long explaining everything ) Sadly, though the place was far too cold. I appreciate heating costs a lot of money nowadays, but surely a spa needs to be warm? I Would visit more often if they had one hour sessions. I haven’t always got the time nor the money for a three hour session at £82. It would be so lovely to pop in for one hour; a dip in the pool and half an hour in the sauna would be perfect! Perhaps it’s something you would consider guys?

I had a special pamper time at Monart Spa, a birthday treat from my children.
The whole spa had a very tranquil feel and I made good use of the saunas and pool.
I was aware of the £50 charge if you go over your alloted time, so rushed my tea and treats to make sure I had left the spa within my 3 hours. This was the only downside.
I would like to say thank you to Daisy for an amazing facial and Amy for excellent service.

This is the best spa I have ever been to. Third visit here with my sister. Wonderful experience rooms and hydro pool. The most peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. Fabulous treatment. I can not fault anything about it. Well worth the visit and worth every penny.

The Monart Spa was impeccably clean, the service was excellent and treatments were relaxing. We were there 5 hours and left feeling pampered. The spa is a considerable amount so if you want to use the facilities and have lunch at the neighbouring pub then it brings the cost down. The products used are fantastic quality - but it's the thermal rooms which made the day amazing for us. I like that it is not overbooked and you have a dedicated lounger to call you're own for the duration of your booking. Catered for dietary requirements very well.

Was extremely disappointed today. Originally we wanted the morning slot for our 5 hour experience but they told us they would have space for us all to have a treatment, however if we booked for the afternoon we could all have a treatment so we opted for the afternoon. Today we arrived we were early and they just adjusted our times slightly which was great. Food options were extremely limited but what was there was nice. After eating we go into the spa facilities all going well, given our treatment times and shown facilities. My sister went in for her treatment and my cousin is called in for hers, we are then told one of the final 3 cannot have our treatment as a member of staff has had to leave. They were happy to not charge for my treatment but was not able to have a refund for the full experience. I explained that if I had called in ill that day I would have had to pay the full price, they stated illness cannot be helped and it is out of their control, however they would not see it this way if I had been ill. You cannot spend 5 hours in between a pool and saunas. So a vast majority of the day i was sat doing nothing whilst others were enjoying their treatments. I explained that if I had been told earlier I would not have gone at all as the treatment is the thing that makes these things worthwhile. If I had driven there myself I would have left as soon as I was told I would not be having a treatment. So essentially I paid £90 to sit on a bed, go in a pool and use a sauna which I could have done at my local gym. I was extremely disappointed, I had been counting down the days for the last couple of months for this as I do not get the opportunity often and for personal reasons really needed the relaxation and de-stress. However this experience just made me feel more stressed than I already have been. The manager was not willing to discuss any further and thought offering an extra 30 minutes to use the facilities was sufficient. This was a really disappointing experience and I would not recommend this spa, I most definitely will not be coming back. I do not like to give negative reviews however I feel customer service could have been better and the manager could have done more.
