My review is based on a local day pass specifically to use the heated outdoor pool.
Two friends with 4 little kids between us.
From arrival you notice the immaculate lawns and flowers, you can feel the site is brilliantly maintained. The reception team were super friendly and welcoming.
The pool is fab, looks so great and perfect for kids. Definitely what Cornwall needs and we are super appreciative that locals can also use it!
Our only but really significant downside was the intense presence of the lifeguards. Most were friendly but one male in particular (in yellow and red with ponytail) was verging on rude in his approach. While I understand and appreciate the need for safety, the constant monitoring and interventions towards swimmers made it hard to fully relax.
Also, it's not really clear if you are or are not, allowed to take photos around the pool but several people were shouted at for having their phone out to take a photo of their child playing in the beautiful pool. Felt very excessive to be honest! A bit more balance between caution and guest comfort would have made the experience so much more enjoyable!

Stayed for 4 nights. The pitches are lovely and spacious. The services (shower block) are immaculate. The entertainment areas and pools are fantastic for kids.

Unfortunately, and contrary to the T&C’s there was a Bull Terrier being walked unmuzzled around the kids play area (hence the lower star rating). We took our own dog, so don’t have an issue with dogs in general.

We stayed as a couple, no kids. Really enjoyed it. Good location, staff all lovely especially reception who were helpful. Pool was great. Right balance of security and feeling safe but not over kill driving round all the time. Got a great discount on the week too. Bingo and entertainment was good. Grounds really looked after and pitch was big. Deffo recommend even if you don’t have kids as a base to explore Cornwall.
If anything to be improved maybe the food from beach club, it was okay not amazing but we don’t expect too much on holiday parks

Liked: We loved this campsite and can't wait to return. From the great sized, well kept pitches, to the toilet and shower blocks close no matter where you were situated, plenty of little parks to chose from. The swimming pool was great, the clubhouse was brilliant, served fast, great entertainment for everyone and the arcades to keep the children happy too. Overall very impressed with this place. The staff upon check in were extremely helpful too.

Disliked: We did struggle to find the dedicated dog area but wasn't a big deal.

Liked: Stayed 4 nights May half term in a campervan. Entertainment was great for kids and adults...special entertainment team guest Liam covering holiday was brilliant, a hit with the kids and adults. All staff were helpful, friendly and happy. Place was clean and well maintained. Shower and toilet facilities decent and cleaned regularly. Laundrettes scatters around not just in one place. Pool is great. Bar not overpriced. On site shop well stocked and not too expensive. Had a fantastic time.

Disliked: Poor signal but not their fault. Didn't see wifi code anywhere but we brought our own so didn't have a huge impact on us but may affect others.

Liked: Everything. The resort was a perfect safe and enjoyable environment for kids to have a wonderful holiday. The entertainment providedfor kids and families was second to none. Particularly the host who did the bingo and talent nights. The toilets and showers were the best i have ever-been too on a campsite being cleaned every hour. Pitches were spacious, staff understanding and helpfull. Overall a fantastic holiday

Disliked: Prices of food in the take away outlets and restaurant/bar. Over £5 for 1 large chips at the fish shop and large breakfast over £15 at the restaurant. For families that are on a budget eating on site at facilities maybe a 1/2 day experience over a 7 day holiday. No wifi including using your own data (black spot) further than the pitches just outside reception/entertainment villiage. We was in the firs and we could not connect to either.

First time and really good first impression. I booked an electric super pitch and was pleasantly surprised to have a fully serviced pitch.
We had pitch 332 which was a corner pitch with a hedge separating the rear and right side from others. Really good size pitch with enough room to fit our Bailey Palermo, full sized awning, additional outdoor space for windbreaks and enough room to fit my truck on.
The park has plenty to offer even tho we didn’t use all facilities available. Outdoor pool on a sunny day is amazing and brilliant for the kids. They also loved the outdoor play areas and activities. They also have an indoor soft play area although small is a life saver if you have a wet day and struggling to find things to do for kids.
The adulations are of a good standard and cleaned regularly. If you have a disabled member in your party then please be advised Radar keys don’t work on all disabled toilets. This is highlighted in the welcome pack so please read as I didn’t straight away and was walking to other toilet blocks unnecessarily.
The park staff are super friendly and helpful and work hard to make your stay the best they can.
I would defiantly book again and would recommend to others.

We went during term time, so I feel this is important to note experience wise. It was peaceful, well maintained in general and clean, never had any trouble with toilet paper/hot water, etc etc.||We did make the staff aware at check in that the pitch we had been put in, although nice and tucked away and surrounded by hedges which should have been a bonus - was clearly overused and needed resting, the grass was almost gone in a couple areas - we stuck it out but should have asked to move as with the rain on and off in the week it did make a mess of the tent floor etc. This was on us as we could have and should have asked to move pitch. ||We used the pool - which was heated - not balmy but warm enough to enjoy for a couple hours with outside temp being 15-20 degrees, and facilities were always being cleaned, etc too. ||The other facilities - arcade - was well stocked and fun, the softplay was a decent size even for our 8+ year old, plenty of under cover heated outdoor area for hiding from the rain, the mini-golf was decent too! ||Every single member of staff we spoke to was happy, friendly, chatty, kind, generous towards the kids and a special shout out to Adelaide, Gina and Kyle in the kids club who we did some crafts with a couple times and had them stop us to say hi around the campsite too, always remembering their names, asking how they are, remembering my son loved dinosaurs etc. They were encouraging and helpful during the crafts too and my ASD/ADHD son - who often resists joining in with this kind of thing - found it a really lovely environment. ||I would go back during term time for sure, but can see how it might be a bit nuts in the holidays!
