I happened to be in town and needed a relaxing massage, as I've been dealing with a frozen shoulder for a while. I walked into Moon Star and Jessica was very accommodating. She gave me a deep tissue massage and offered lots of advice for stretching. Although the massage was painful on my affected shoulder, it was far more effective than the treatments I'd had over the past seven months. I'm extremely happy with her service. Feeling much better!

I booked by calling ahead and I asked what the price for a 60 min massage was. I was told £50. On arrival, the person I met asked what pressure I wanted, of which I said hard. She told me it was £60 for hard pressure. I told her it wasn't explained to me when I booked and she asked me why I didn't ask about this Money was taken upfront before the massage. On starting, the pressure was good but tailed off during the hour. She took time by answering the door and replying to texts during my 1hr session but did not extend the massage to compensate for the time spent doing other things.
I definitely will not go back!
