I had seen this lady on Facebook advertising her Japanese head spa and knew that I wanted one!
I booked in for the Serenity package, and it was so worth it.
From the moment I walked in, Ellis was absolutely lovely, so kind, and knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable.
I have been suffering hair loss , and she gave me some really great advice on how to look after myself on the inside, as well as on the outside.
The treatment itself was absolutely amazing!
I was wrapped in a weighted blanket , had a warming eye mask put on me, and then the treatment began. The room was so calm with pretty lights circling the walls, along with calming music.
Everything was so lovely. The massage was perfect, and it was great feeling different items used on my scalp.
It was so relaxing and as a mum that never gets any time to myself- pure indulgence.
After it ended , we had a lovely chat, and I am excited to see what other things Ellis offers in the future.
This lady is beautiful inside and out, and amazing at what she does !
I can't wait to get booked in again xx

I went to moonstone head spa today and was greeted by the loveliest woman! I felt very welcome and comfortable immediately. Ellis took me to the spa area and I was sat down to have a look at my scalp with a camera, this was a surreal experience and was really quite fun. When we were ready I laid on the bed and was given a leg support cushion (which was extremely comfortable) and a weighted blanket, I was very relaxed and comfortable before the treatment had even begun! The treatment was out of this world and it was very hard for me to keep my eyes open 🙂
I have naturally curly hair and I have never been able to get it this curly before. The spa area was extremely clean and smelt amazing. Ellis clearly has some talent! Very happy and I will be returning monthly.

Today I came to Ellis for a zen 60 min head massage treatment for my birthday. Ellis was amazing and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. The whole experience was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. She even gave me a little birthday card after my treatment too. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again soon! 🙂

I had the most fantastic and wonderful experience today, with Ellis!
It was awesome from start to finish. Incredibly relaxing and I felt totally at ease with Ellis, in a beautiful, calm setting.
I felt amazing afterwards, I haven't felt as relaxed and calmed in years. As a solo mum, it was magical to slip away into a totally tranquility and relaxation.
Ellis is a lovely, kind, and caring person and highly knowledgeable in her field. Beautiful soul. I can't rate her enough! I will definitely be coming back!! ?

The whole experience is so relaxing and Ellis is so lovely, chatty if that's your thing or not if it isn't.
