Not the best experience for breakfast, lots of tables hadn't been cleared, no cutlery available and had to ask staff for a fork (not the friendliest response). We could see our food sitting there for over 10 minutes with no one bringing it over and when it finally arrived, it was luke warm. Won't be going back.

1st time for a Morrisons breakfast I was not disappointed good quality produce well served from the staff clean and tidy restaurant the only downside no coffee facilities or tea facilities in the restaurant which for US English is a must but very much recommend the restaurant ?

Took ages for our smaller than expected Jacket potatoes to arrive (surely already cooked), messy tables around, staff slow, no salad served with the food and we didn’t want to wait any longer. Would try Asda next xoxo

I've been twice now and each time it hasn't been the greatest
1st time we were messed around with one of the deals and ended up paying extra.
2nd time the place was dirty, the drinks machine was down, half of the menu wasnt available, my food turned up cold, music blaring so loud we could hear ourselves think.

Maybe other people have had better experiences

Very poor costumer service, seems like not interested in taking orders or serving food. Item received too late; after 20 minutes.

Absolutely horrendous. Disgusting, filthy. There were only a handful of customers so the staff weren't exactly stretched but tables were covered in remnants of food. No hot water so no tea or water to top up coffee. . Apparently the machines had just been 'condemed.' !! Filth everywhere. Absolutely no customer service, manager useless. Even some of the staff looked dishevelled and dirty. If I could rate it no stars then I would. Worst 'cafe' experience ever. Should be closed.

Absolutely shocking customer service, made to feel your putting them out when you ask for a fork!! Only to be told I will have to wait as the dishwasher is broke an there being handwashed 40 min later breakfast turns up all thrown on to the plate toast piled on top covered in egg & beans obviously no side plates allowed as there saving on the washing up. Then 2 minutes later a women wirh a bowl appears at the table saying they had forgot to put my sausage on the plate, before I could even say anything she had tipped the sausages from height an they splattered on my plate along with all the grease an just walked of!!! Needless to say the food wasn't touched it was vile. The staff need training in customer service an basic manners!! We obviously wasnt the only ones as the tables had plates half or full with left food, people were cleaning there own cutlery!!!

Self-service good, although you can take items off a breakfast but no options for adding items. Unclear where items were - no Yorkshire Gold teabags as selected. Milk and sugar were out, but tucked in a corner.
Food was subpar - not cold, but not hot. Mushrooms were rubbery.
Not great even if it was low price!
