Mountain Ash - Horncastle

We were having a little touring holiday in Lincolnshire and decided that it would be better done with a base camp rather than caravan parks, so we found this lovely B&B Guesthouse in a quiet village.
We arrived quite late on the Friday and were accommodated straight away despite it being after 10pm, the dogs acquainted too, our dog suffers with social circumstances so she needed a little pecking order to be established which she very quickly became accustomed to (this was also a reason my wife chose to stay here) I have to say the difference in our dog over the week had been incredible and she has continued to be more acceptable towards other dogs since returning from holiday.
The breakfast was excellent and varied with nothing being too much trouble and our bread was always home made too!
After each day on our return we would sit together with a glass of wine or cup of tea and talk about our day, a really nice way to unwind.
Basically if you enjoy the countryside, want to feel like your staying with family then this is the place to head for, I would have no problem recommending or booking to stay here again.

We had a great one night stay, and the breakfast had the wow factor. The owners make you so at home that you feel this is your home,our room was lovely. Their back garden is amazing, and they have three lovely dogs .and I also got a birthday card for my 65th birthday.

Had 2 night stay. Storm got on well with the 3 dogs so well they calmed him down we got spoiled with the company and comfy place beautiful garden went on forever would stay again we stayed as a stopover for our static. And had a few days out visiting people there breakfast was excellent.

Stayed here overnight while visiting family nearby. I'd done my homework and was expecting to find a room in a family home, but wasn't expecting to be made to feel like part of the family! The hosts, Judi and Alan, are so warm and welcoming.They did all they could to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room is located down a separate corridor, so it feels private; has lovely views and is bright and airy. It has all the facilities you would expect with an en-suite room. It was warm, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast options were numerous and cooked to order at a time to suit me, which was extremely kind. There was an unobtrusive friendliness I very much appreciated and I would absolutely stay here again when I'm next in the area.

I booked my Dad Brother and Sister-in-law in to Mountain Ash BandB and they were so well looked after they didn’t want to leave Judy is an excellent host who goes the extra mile to make sure her guests are looked after in every way the breakfast was amazing with homemade bread jams as well as a full English.
They welcome you into their home and treat you like family.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful time could not recommend it more. The breakfast was one of the best i've ever had in my life.

The hosts are some of the most charming people there is .They were extremely kind and went above and beyond anything i had expected and made my first time at a B and B the most pleasurable experience

The atmosphere was great , relaxing and made a wonderful getaway, was perfect for a valentine's day surprise.
