I just had the most wonderful, relaxing experience with a full-body massage followed by a facial. I feel so relaxed, and my face is glowing and radiant! I highly recommend Mowhay for their professionalism, skill, and friendly staff. I've been coming here for quite some time and have had treatments with everyone on the team, all of whom are fantastic. Emilia and her team ant Mowhay provide an amazing a service/experience. I honestly don’t know of any other small independent ‘salon’ that offers a spa experience like they do! Their services are totally on par with the big ‘luxury’ hotel spa’s actually better than some of them!! Everything is done to such a high standard and Emilia, and the rest of the team who I have experienced treatments with are just so incredible at what they do! Wow. I had the most amazing massage by Caroline. From the moment I walked in I immediately felt relaxed amongst the beautiful smells and scenery. I was then greeted by Caroline, who is the most friendliest of ladies, and felt instantly comfortable. The massage itself was just absolutely incredible, it really was worth every penny. Wow! What an incredible experience. After creating a magical festive season for my children, I decided it was time to invest in myself, recharge my batteries and enjoy a little magic of my own. Mowhay had been on my radar for a while—it looked like just the kind of place I’d love—and it didn’t disappoint.

I booked a back, neck, and shoulder massage with Emilia, and it was so much more than a massage; it was an experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by Mowhay’s stunning aesthetics—earthy, calm and full of natural touches - a truly stunning space. Emilia gave me the warmest welcome and immediately put me at ease. We had a friendly chat about the treatment and any concerns I had, and I really felt heard and understood.

The massage was incredible—relaxing, restorative, and exactly what I needed—but what made the experience truly stand out were the little extras. The mint and lemon-infused water, the warm towels placed on my feet, and the herbal tea afterwards created a sense of indulgence that went far beyond the massage itself.

I would advise avoiding at all costs, terrible customer service.
This is an honest review of my experience with Emilia, the owner of Mowhay.
Wouldn't honour full value of a £100 gift voucher 2 weeks over the short 6 months expiry date. Responses from Emilia felt unreasonable and I had to plead to be able to get anything for it.
Understand the voucher was over her terms, but despite explaining the circumstance and given the hardships of current times, It was the responses from Emilia, which offered no flexibility or understanding ,that stripped all joy out of a nice gift my husband was trying to do for me.
To top it off, I was then sent a threatening email to say she will take legal action against me if I was to leave any bad reviews.
This has only encouraged me to leave this more, to say to any future customers looking for a nice spa experience or gift, that we only experienced the complete opposite from Mowhay and I advise to look else where.
