Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. What truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard, and the entire hotel has a fresh, pleasant scent throughout.

Although we were visiting London, we preferred to stay just outside the city, and this location was perfect. The train and bus stations are just a short 3-minute walk away, offering convenient access to central London.

We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed whilst visiting Legoland. We booked a triple room for the four of us (two adults & two small children) the rooms are large, very comfortable, clean and super modern. |The staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. It’s great to find somewhere so welcoming of children. We ate our Deliveroo in the bar area whilst the children played with the building bricks. We were super impressed with the hotel.

After a long walk got to this awesome hotel! The welcome drink is a nice touch and the dinner was good! We were on the 4th floor and it was quite nice to have a good view! The AC was working and although some lump in the room were not working overall it was good! Good location to Windsor and lovely staff! Having emergency number/phone in the room will be better! Also the room service was not working so 3star!

This is a very nice hotel and about 5 minutes walk from the train station, and also very close to a huge Tesco. Not to mention a minutes walk from The Moon and Spoon, a Wetherspoons pub. Easily accessible to London via the Elizabeth line and overground fast trains to Paddington. There is also a 5 minute dedicated train line ride to Windsor, which is good for a day's excursion. |Some tolerance to street drinking is necessary, but we had no hassle from anyone. |Staff were very friendly and the room was fine. Bar prices at the hotel were at a London standard, so on the expensive side, but Wetherspoons for beer is about half the price. |Slough's negative reputation for being a bit 'rough,' is exaggerated, in my view.

Not much to say. After a long day of traveling, I was excited to check in the room and get some sleep. Well, they gave my room type away and gave me a room with two tiny beds.

Keep in mind I’m a bigger guy. It was very uncomfortable. The woman working the front desk had poor customer service skills as well. I asked her for the manager to speak on the issue and all she did was gaslight me. Expected better from the Marriott chain. I won’t stay here again.

Very helpful & welcoming from the moment I checked in. Must mention Telma in particular. Rooms clean , modern & comfortable. Bathroom a tad on the small side but otherwise good. Good facilities especially 24 hour food & drink.

Friendly modern hotel ideally situated if visiting Windsor or Legoland.|Very modern feel, our room was nicely decorated and clean and despite overlooking the road was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed.|We tried Jim’s restaurant on both nights of our visit, good menu selection (kids have their own menu) food was tasty and plentiful if a little expensive. Staff were great and made our grandsons birthday special.|There is a large free car park a few minutes walk away and although not supervised seemed safe enough.|Would definitely stop here again if in the area.

Lovely staff and hotel. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 tines I've visited the temperature control in my room has not worked. On the first visit I was moved to a different room immediately. This time however, after being told they would fix it centrally it still doesn't work, so I'm stuck with an extremely loud fan and windows that dont open, in summer. Its a shame as otherwise it's great!
