Staff need training in hygiene. Very unprofessional. Saw one of the girls eating food behind the counter. Not even washing her hands then decided to pick up my food with no gloves on when I asked her. Please can you not do that. She put one glove on and attempted to do it. Very very unprofessional

Always top quality food!
Service standards seem to have certainly dropped since last time I went. Staff doing multiple orders, forgetting what I asked for then for me to return home and find out that the quiche I was looking forwards to hasn't even been put in my bag but I was charged for it. Not happy!

I love this place! Amazing sweet treats, fresh & vibrant salad selection, various cooked meats, perfect pork pies and sausage rolls, and they do a cracking bacon sarnie! The bakewell tart is to die for!

Hands down, the BEST sausage rolls ever! Get there nefore the dinner rush, because when they're gone...they're gone. Plenty of other yummies to choose from once they're gone, though.

Best sausage rolls, best quiche, best sandwichs, cakes, etc you have to try to taste how good it is and there is a reward card gets a tick every time you visit but l am sure you will be back 💯👍

Mr Smith's provided the catering for a private function recently and the service I received was absolutely outstanding. Everything from the initial discussion, the order and the delivery was very professional and Paul Smith himself could not have been more helpful, providing prompt replies to any queries, being very flexible, swift and discreet when delivering and then collecting the platters and crockery. And the food provided both looked and tasted wonderful, My thanks again to Paul and his team.

The gaffer goes here all the time! I was sent myself, never been before. It's a good looking, high quality place. Plenty of choice. The large baps are VERY good! I had butcher's sausage with chipotle sauce and my mate had a bacon and mushroom with brown sauce. All good.
