We popped into Mrs Potts during our family trip to Bath and it was a massive hit with the kids. My daughter absolutely loved the milkshakes—they are really rich and high quality, not like the standard ones you get elsewhere. We also had some of the ice cream and brownies, and you can tell they use proper chocolate.
​The place has a great, friendly atmosphere and even though it was busy, the service was quick. It’s the perfect spot to take a break after walking around the city. As a business owner at MJK Roofing, I always appreciate a place that does one thing and does it perfectly. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the best place in Bath, hands down. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

The most delicious frozen hot chocolate I have ever tried!! the matilda one is to die for, I am curious about the malt flavour but its always out whenever we go. The cookies are very yummy as well, we will definitely come back. As for the atmosphere of the store, it was lovely and friendly staff.

The matilda cake is by far the best cake I have ever had! Not too sickly as both the sponge and the ganache were so light and airy! Not at all dry, and I was able to enjoy it over 3 days as the portion sizes are so generous, too. The chocolate button on the top was clearly great quality, too, so I would definitely buy those. Glad i grabbed it to go, it's that good I needed to savour the moment! I haven't tried any other cakes yet, I can't imagine anything else will compare!

They serve a must-try classic hot chocolate. The right balance of chocolate and milk. Not overly sweet nor too milky. It’s perfect after a walk in the chilly weather around lovely Bath. Tried their white ganache stuffed cookie, it was good but probably too sweet for my taste. Still a 5/5 classic hot chocolate for me.

Do not recommend. Had the Matilda cake and it was absolutely disgusting, tasteless, dry cake with really low quality chocolate powder. Won't be buying again.
Had the same cake in Cardiff a few years ago and it was amazing, moist, gooey.... really feel like they have gone down hill.
