Gosh i love an M&S. Much preferred it to WHSmith across the room. Everything was so neatly presented, i imagine this is due to the fact they’d just opened a few hours before and not many people had arrived to ransack the shelves yet. Partner was very happy to see some Huel replacement shakes available, new apparently! Only thing we bought in the end were a pack of tissues, only 90p which was a delight! Knowing M&S i was expecting about £3.80.

Would like to say how wonderful it staff Linda n molly are they go behond customer service they are brilliant nothing to much no hassle for them to deal with if u have any questions about anything they try n help sort it out. If it’s anything to do with the area in main build they try n help find a cleaner to help to sort it out they need a really good members of staff

It's great to have an m and s here. Obviously it's small as it's part of an Extra service stop off, but carries decent, but basic, stock inc gluten free salad options. I did ask staff for help on stock to be told there wasn't anything, without them checking, whereas my husband found the product after, so there had been plenty.

Having been in denseTraffic for over an hour( standstill) on A14. My day was brightened by the attentive help of the lady serving me. Nothing was too much trouble. Really good experience.

small by M&S food stores standard BUT it's at a services so what can you expect? Anyway, for the traveller or for a top-up,it's ideal. Staff friendly and helpful. I like it!
