Well not sparkling but ok as a base for wembley a 15 min walk .As for the room very basic but ok for the £ .No drawers onlya few coat hangers every piece of floor is tiled .No black out blind on widow just basic roller blind no air con so opening window to let some air in .Tv in room didnt use so can not comment. I will give a heads up takeyour own spoon as wooden stirrers only thing provided with tea and coffee .The bathroom was very small with shower cubicle which was quite good actually .If you want a peaceful night take ear plugs as you are next to a main road .No mirror in the room as such my partner only just managed to do her hair reaching into the bathroom .Staff were helpful enough with local knowledge. No key or even even keycard but with electric keypad with own individual number code so security wise pretty good .Reception area is a little area and not manned permanent a number to phone if no one there .

Please take this review seriously.||After 15 years on the road and staying in thousands of hotels, this has been, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had — both in terms of service and cleanliness.||Upon arriving at 9:00 PM, I was not greeted with the usual check-in hospitality. Instead, the receptionist immediately asked me — still in my work clothes — to inspect a broken shower curtain in someone else’s room. When I explained that I was a guest, not staff, he handed me the phone to speak with the manager, who proceeded to ask if I could return the next day to fix it. Yes — I was asked to perform maintenance work for a hotel I was paying to stay at.||Once I finally got into my room, things only got worse. There were visible blood stains on the pillows and bedding, as well as on the uncovered mattress. The “complimentary” bottled water had already been opened. Used shower gel containers were still in the bathroom, and there were exposed wires both in the bathroom and the bedroom. I ended up sleeping on the floor because I didn’t feel safe using the bed.||The following morning, I checked out early with all my belongings, deciding not to stay the second night I had paid for. Around 10 AM, I received a call from the manager again — not to address my complaints, but to ask if I would come back and fix the broken shower curtain. When I refused, I was met with a lengthy and condescending speech about how disappointed they were in me, followed by a string of excuses and outright lies when I raised all the issues I had faced as a paying guest.||Summary:||Unprofessional service||Poorly spoken receptionist||Inappropriate requests to perform maintenance||Extremely unhygienic bedding and mattress||Opened bottled water and used toiletries||Exposed electrical wiring|||Avoid this hotel at all costs. Spend the extra £5 to stay at a cleaner, safer, and more professional place down the road. Your safety and sanity are worth it.

We had a very good experience here, early April 2025.
We were welcomed by a very friendly and courteous person at the desk, the room was fine, the location is great. Points to note: we had a front room, there is a busy road a few yards away. We never heard it at all, so I'm guessing triple-glazed windows. Also, the use of privacy glass in the windows is a really effective touch.
This is a perfectly acceptable night's accommodation at a very reasonable price.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel! The staff is extremely kind and considerate and is always there to support you with anything you need. The rooms were also excellent, very well kept, comfortable and clean to stay in. And also the location was so convenient, the bus stop was right outside the hotel, making many locations accessible through public transport during our stay! Would highly recommend MSM Arena! 🙂

Our room was not finished but that didn't stop us having a good stay.
Was offered water daily and even offered water upon our departure. Friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was the fact we had a brand new tv in our room but was unable to watch it due to it, I can only think not being setup or tuned in as it had no channels. Plenty of apps but was a pain to try and get logged in to them and didn't really like doing that. Shops and garage nearby which was ideal for us. As I said the TV was our main problem.
But if looking for a hotel in that area then I can highly recommend this Hotel 😁😁

I had an amazing experience here. I had a reservation cancel on me so I called & everything was quick & they communicated well. It’s in a low-key, walkable & accessible area. I was very grateful for that. It’s clean, quiet & everything works well. Would definitely stay again. Special shoutout to Harry! Thanks a lot!

This hotel is awful. Badly needs a full refurbishment. The beds are rotton with badly stained sheets. The bathroom gets soaked when showering and mould, cracks everywhere. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the best thing about this hotel was the toilet paper. I get it's mostly used by football fans but it seriously is not well maintained!

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which is grand. However, there is no sign on the hotel, which makes it hard to find, especially as it is on a busy major road with a bus lane. The MSM Arena hotel is next to Sinai Hotel.

In spite of it being refurbished, we found a broken floor tile in the showeroom, which would be dangerous to someone walking barefeet. Reported it to reception, but they didn't seem too concerned and said it's fine. The lock on the bathroom door was also broken, although that wasn't an issue for us.

The showeroom is a bit tight for space, and the round bowl shaped washbasin is impractical as there is no space for personal items like toothbrush, shavers, etc. There is a long delay to the toilet cistern refilling. In our room the bathroom radiator had not been installed so it was rather cold. In any case, the central heating wasn't switched on, but a small fan heater was provided instead.

The TV was already signed in to the previous occupants' Netflicks & Amazon accounts! There didn't appear to be any service provision from the hotel. The hotel does provide free WiFi.

On the positive side, the rooms are clean, freshly decorated, towels and sheets were fresh. Complimentary Coffee and Tea are provided but the tea bags were not in an appropriate container and my wife (an avid tea drinker was rather upset at this.

Parking is available, but this is charged at £10 per night, factor this in to your price. I later found out street parking is residents permit holders only on event days at Wembley, but as it wasn't events days when we went we could have parked for free on the street, but the hotel didn't tell us this.

Once these niggles are sorted out, it will be a great hotel.

UPDATE: Hotel have replied to say it isn't undergoing refurbishment. Apologies I accept that, but would say it appears to have been recently refurbished. But this makes the problems highlighted worse! Signage and broken tiles should have been sorted out.

I read the listing about parking as that was one of our requirements, but it wasn't obviously clear when booked ghst it was chargeable.
