My wedding was anticipated with excitement, but the mood quickly soured as this catering service's shortcomings became apparent. The food, which was scheduled to be served at 1pm, arrived significantly later than promised, leaving guests waiting impatiently.

However, the delayed arrival was the least of the guests worries. Upon finally being served, the food was found to be far from palatable. Many dishes were served raw or undercooked, posing a serious health risk to those who consumed them. Furthermore, the food was cold, indicating a failure in proper temperature control and food safety procedures.

If I was you I would AVOID this place at all costs unless you want to ruin your event. It ruined my wedding day and I will never forgive them or owner as they did not even give me an apology.

Booked for my sisters wedding probably the worst vendor we had!! We booked for 450 mains and 550 starters, for reference we had roughly 400 guests turn up and we had nothing left! The bride and groom asked for salad and were told theres non left, the prawn curry had barely any prawns and when we tried to bring this to the attention of the management we were told its lies! Avoid at all costs and go for Mishtidesh or Poncho Khana as we have also done previously

Booked for my wedding. Worst decision I made

Firstly, we hired 5 waiters for our outdoor wedding. They only sent two young boys who had no idea what they were doing. My family had to run around and serve the food.

They arrived late. When we called he was rude and aggressive towards my sister and hung up on her.

He accused me of having more guests than food ordered. On the wedding day, he thought it’d be a good idea to text, me, the bride that we need to pay for an additional 10 guests. I had to explain to him, yes we had extra tables but the amount of people was exactly the same. We had an extra table to separate our videographers as they would be eating late.

Overall, he was rude, aggressive and late. We’ve had no apology or refund for the 3 additional waiters that did not arrive.

Used them for our wedding..

- They were over an hour late even though they’re 20 mins drive away… some of our guests had to leave without eating. When we rang asking where they were, they were rude and passive aggressive and hung the phone up on us.

- We paid for 5 waiters but only got 2 (2 young guys who didn’t know what they were doing). Our family members ended up having to serve.

- They also accused us of lying about the number of guests but then later conceded they were wrong (have proof on WhatsApp) but didn’t apologise for accusing us.

I had my worst experience with this catering company. The service, the food was all was terrible. The Chaana chaat came with the chickpeas still hard as if it just came out the can. Furthermore, half the dishes that were discussed and that was even put on to the menu were not served at the event such as the tea and coffee.

I request for no one to use this company as your event WILL be spoilt.
