We cannot recommend Mulberry Catering highly enough for the incredible experience they provided for our wedding at Powderham Castle.

Our goal was to create a fine dining experience with a bespoke wedding breakfast menu offering multiple choices per course, and Mulberry went above and beyond to accommodate us. Craig, one of the owners, took the time to speak with us personally, helping craft the menu with a level of expertise and understanding that immediately put us at ease. It was clear we were working with someone who truly grasped our vision and knew exactly how to bring it to life.

Lucy, our main point of contact, made the entire planning process a breeze. She was incredibly organised and responsive, making every step smooth, even as we customised beyond their standard wedding package. On the day itself, she was our maître d’, overseeing everything flawlessly and ensuring every detail went according to plan.

As for the food, words almost don’t do it justice. The quality was outstanding, with each dish beautifully presented and served hot, at the perfect moment. The rave reviews from our guests said it all. One mentioned it was the best wedding food they’d had after attending eight weddings in the past two years. Another guest remarked that if they’d been served this meal at a Michelin-starred restaurant, they would have left more than satisfied.

Mulberry Catering turned our wedding breakfast into a truly unforgettable fine dining experience, from the beautifully crafted canapés to the delicious evening food. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

Mulberry provided the food for our wedding in March and it was just perfect. Our guests haven't stopped telling us how nice the food was! Mulberry had an extensive menu to choice a selection of dishes from, the communication was always great and the staff were super attentive on the day. From the drinks reception to the evening food, they catered to everyone's needs.
A special to Lucy who did an excellent job managing our day and secured some left over potatoes for myself (the bride) to munch on later! We can't recommend them enough! Thank you from C&C

We've had numerous comments from guests that the food was as good as they'd ever tasted, and we have to agree.. It's certainly 'next level'! The Beef, Roast Potatoes and evening buffet, we're particularly amazing!!

The service the team offered on the day was also impeccable; quick, helpful and friendly.

Overall, absolutely top-notch food and service, which enhanced our big day!

Thank you so much for catering our Wedding and for the most amazing food. The canapés were a highlight of the day for many of the guests who couldn't stop complimenting them. We went for the sharing board platters for our starter and main and they were just incredible, exactly what we wanted. Not only was the food perfect but the Mulberry staff were so lovely and helpful. Thank you doesn't cut it!! From start to finish our experience with Mulberry has been second to none. Every email I sent, every phonemail I made and every meet up we had there was a cheerful voice and a warm and professional welcome. At Mulberry it really is a team effort!

Everything, and I mean everything, was soooo unbelievably tasty and well presented!! We had our wedding tasting last November and we were both VERY excited about this, we are proper foodies. The canapés, starters, main and desserts were out of this world. I really wasn't fussed with the vegetable Samoas, as I thought how can you make that exciting and not just something (sorry to offend anyone) basic? Well I take my words back and to be honest it was one of my favourite canapés at our wedding haha!

On the wedding day itself everything ran so smoothly. Paula looked after us so well making sure we were okay and that we were enjoying our food. We have been to some pretty incredible restaurants in our time, and so have some of our guests, and we can VERY confidently say it was one of the BEST meals from start to finish that we have every had in our lives. All our guest were extremely complimentary of all the food eaten that day and still talk about it now, which is so nice! Big shout out to Rog and co for cooking an absolutely outstanding meal for so many people.

Once again thank you to Amy, Lucy, Paula, Rog and everyone else on their team for making our wedding day and lead up so smooth and enjoyable.

Where to start….we’re not sure a simple “amazing” is enough!
Mulberry catered for our wedding back in December and what a job they did. From our very first email contact to when they said goodbye after serving our evening food, they were nothing but a pleasure to work with. We felt fairly early on in our planning that we were going to be on safe hands choosing Mulberry and so it proved. Nothing was too much trouble and their experience and professionalism was clear to see.
As for the food itself….well, 6 weeks later and we’re still getting compliments from our guests, which should say it all!
From post ceremony canapés to the evening food, the high quality (and quantity!) was evident to all….the looks of pure delight when the Signature Sharing Dessert were served by the friendly and professional Mulberry staff, was exactly what we were hoping for!
We really can’t fault Mulberry in anyway at all and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who were looking for caterers for their wedding….or any other event! S & C xx

Mulberry catered for my wedding in October and it was amazing! From the very first email they were a dream to work with and met our every need. I wanted a completely vegan wedding and with gluten free meals also provided and they delivered! They worked with us to create an autumnal foraging style feast that absolutely everyone enjoyed. Even our meat loving guests really enjoyed the veg sausages and our guests are still raving to me about the dirty fries in the evening. The staff were wonderful and the service excellent. I cannot thank them enough for a wonderful wedding breakfast. Considering the food is a massive part of the day, I can’t confidently recommend Mulberry to everyone!

Mulberry catered for our wedding this November from start to finish we had Amy looking after us, nothing was ever too much trouble and any questions were always answered so quickly, Amy was on hand on the day and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok for us! The food was absolutely perfect and everything ran like clockwork on the day and our guests were served so quickly.
