Excellent place with an amazing service within walking distance of Wembley Stadium and London Designer Outlet. Very big and spacious rooms. Nice and quiet ambience, friendly staff for any help at any time, tasty breakfast with loads of options. I enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend this place.

I was going to the hillsong sisterhood conference (April 2013) and needed a place to crash for the night and I wanted to be at a walking distance from the arena. I did not mind about the facilities of the place. They did not have a website and I just gave a go. I was very surprised. The owner was extremely sympathetic, and the breakfast was very very good and filling. The room was clean as well as the ensuite and price was very very reasonable. I have recommended this B&B to everyone going to Wembley ever since 🙂

Well what a brilliant find this guest house is and Bridie and her staff were wonderful and really helpful. The rooms are basic but has everything you need and the breakfast was of a good standard and set you up for the day. The beds were comfortable and it was really handy having a small fridge and coffee making facilities.||||Also the guest house is only 5 minutes walk away from the sse arena, which is marvellous.

It is what it is, a B&B, not a flash over priced Hotel like the premier inn. I stayed with my cousin on the 12th of July for the Eminem concert, and ill be honest, I was expecting it to be a dive for the price I paid, But when I got there I was proven wrong. The lady we checked in was really nice, she gave us a on sweet twin room with our own bathroom, which had a basic but fuctional shower and it was clean. We had clean towels to. The room its self was clean and tidy with one kingsize bed and one single bed, both were comfortable to sleep on, sheets were also clean. In the price we got breakfast and it was what you would expect from any B&B really, its was nice, set us up for the day. We got all of the above for £21 each, I was more than happy with the place, and would recomend it to any one who was looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay in Wembley, who dont want to pay a ridiculously over priced stay in the big name hotels in the surrounding area. I must note there was no sign of any mice either 🙂

The host at this property is wonderful and cannot do enough for the guests ...
I work on the railways and whenever I stay there I get a fabulous warm welcome tea coffee fruit cereals ....and a lovely clean comfy room...
I would recommend to others.

Stayed here last Sunday. Looked at several hotels around Wembley. None of them could offer such value for money as The Mullane Guest House. Double room, ensuite and tea making facilities. Parking on the drive and English breakfast for £48! It is literally 3 minutes walk from Wembley arena! Very hospitable and friendly. Would definitely use again!

No frills guest house. Good location for Wembley Stadium or Arena. I had a single, en suite room which was functional and clean. Acceptable cooked breakfast. Friendly owner, let me use parking area to the front of the house. Exceptional value at £28 a night.

Needed a place to stay for a job interview and didn't want to pay loads for a bed at a named hotel. Paid £29 for an en suite room with breakfast. Room was warm, clean and spacious - and at that price who cares if it needs a face lift I sleep with my eyes shut. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great b&b will be back for sure.
