Eight of us, old friends from Uni days stayed here over New Year, taking advantage of the special break offer. My husband and I had done this once before but decided it would be much more fun if there were a group of us. It was fab. The hotel's location speaks for itself and if you are someone who like walking the coast path, it couldn't offer more. The service was exemplary, the staff good fun and very attentive. The food was wonderful. Perhaps a few more vegetables could have accompanied the dishes but otherwise you couldn't fault it. Our two dogs were also extremely happy! My only wish would be that there were a few younger people at the NYE do! We have also stayed here with other members of our family, on two occasions with my then 90 plus year old mother, and had an equally great time. We didn't sample what the spa had to offer but the recent addition of a hot tub and saunas is definitely a plus. We will be returning!

We are a local couple and went for the Twilight Spa Evening, as a little treat with the horrible weather.

The spa facilities were great. One of the most well maintained spas we have been to, with lovely views and extra towels if you need.

The meal after was great in a lovely room and the staff in the hotel and the spa were great and friendly

Will definitely be heading back there again.

Very comfortable, pleasant stay at Mullion Cove. Location was ideal for exploring the Lizard coastline, and the holiday home was comfortable, well maintained and clean. Only minor gripe was that the provision of consumables was fairly stingy. Only 1 toilet roll per bathroom, no washing up liquid, cloths, washing up sponges etc. A few dishwasher tablets would have been appreciated. I know this isn't essential in self catering accomodation, but it's very frustrating to have to buy a 6 pack of single use plastic sponges when we only need one for a week.
Loved the hot tub, very very welcome once the toddler had gone to bed!

If I had to describe Mullion Cove hotel in one word, that would be "Quality".||||Traditional, well maintained with polite and discreet customer service from most of members of the staff.||We stayed in one of the Premier rooms where you can enjoy sea view without getting out of your bed. ||Furniture is old fashioned, but in excellent conditions and certainly adds charm to the room. Bed mattress is very comfy - not too soft, and not too firm. There was a coffee machine and good selection of teas in the room. Arm chairs and coffee table by the window, so you can enjoy the view while enjoying your coffee.||Heated floor and steam-free mirror in the bathroom is a big plus. Nice toiletries. ||Working gas / coal fires in the lounges invite you to relax with a glass of wine of cup of tea in the evening. ||We are looking forward to our next stay here.

We can't sing the praises of this hotel highly enough. We're local to Helston, and we took advantage of their Sunday Sleepover offer. It was only one night, but we've come home feeling like we've had a week away. The roast was absolutely delicious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, our sea view was mesmerising, and the spa was delightful. The hotel is beautifully run - the staff remembered us from previous visits, and are so calm, professional and helpful. We can't wait for an excuse to stay again. Thank you.

My husband and I returned for a wee relaxing break in the run up to Christmas, having first visited a couple years ago. Firstly the location remains stunning, even in winter weather. Secondly, the service is so warm and helpful! Top notch! They get to know you quickly and just feels really easy. This time we came on a romance by the sea package that we upgraded to a 3 night stay and full sea view room, surprised to have been given a free upgrade to a premium sea view room. I mean what can you say. Waking up to that view whether by moon light or sunrise is something else. The room was incredibly comfortable and well appointed. I was a big fan of the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Everything was in great working order. We also had a massage and facial treatment included in the package and that was great - so good I was delighted to be able to squeeze another facial in. The zen was real. We made copious use of the spa facilities and gym. The outdoor jacuzzi, glass of bubbly in hand, whilst watching the sun go down is really special. The sauna and it's views across the coast also special. Made all the easier because it's totally acceptable to pad about the hotel (inc the bar but not the restaurant) in robe and slippers. Finally the food continues to be excellent, including the breakfast choices. We had a three course meal in our package and decided to dine at the hotel every night. To conclude, I loved my stay and I'll definitely be coming back, next time with our dog. Aside from the incredible value for money on this package, the atmosphere, the facilities, everything made for an insanely relaxing stay.
