Excellent modern seafood restaurant. Very tastefully decorated, excellent service, delicious food including a selection of fresh daily caught fish. We had the tempura bass and whole grilled seabass, and they were just excellent. Lovely selection of wines too, at very decent prices. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there is a lovely atmosphere surrounding this place. Highly recommended!

Brilliant gem of a restaurant. Family owned and been here for many years. They specialise in fish and it never fails to disappoint. Good value set menu but also a variety of daily specials. We really enjoyed the food and service and will be back again!

Wow! We were so thoroughly impressed with everything at Murray's! From the service to the amazingly fresh, tasty fish dishes. Absolutely flawless! We were sad to have to run for our ferry before having a pudding! We'll be back! Thank you!

Enjoyed a glorious meal at Murray's yesterday. The smoked haddock was a taste sensation ( I am not normally a fish eater). I shall surely be back for more.

We’ve ordered one plate of scallop salad and the 2 course set menu for ourselves with fish soup/fried pepper squid as a starter and coley fish/smoked haddock as main.

The scallops are pan-fried in a nice way but the quality of itself isn’t the best I’ve ever tried and it’s quite pricy as well. We liked both the starter and the coley fish, the haddock is a bit salty because of the cheesy topping but it’s not too bad.

Very nice seafood restaurant! The lobster is great and the oysters are fresh, the steak and fried whitebait are also very good, but the smoked salmon is so-so. I recommend to try the two main course set for per person by 28 pounds.

We had a very lovely dinner.

Though it was a bit busy by the time we came -- having our orders served a little late -- the dishes were amazing.

The steak and salmon was one of the best dishes served.

Creme brulee was my favorite among the desserts we had.

Staff were fine. Checking us everytime.

And since it's a seafood menu on the island, it comes with a bit of a price.

But all in all, will come back for more!

Fantastic restaurant! I’ve been here a few times now and every time the service and food had been just fantastic. I arranged an anniversary dinner here a couple of weeks ago for my parents and 25 guests. Everyone at Murray’s went above and beyond to make it a really special evening for us. Fran was just incredible at organising everything for me including setting the tables out and helping with putting a few decorations up. She also came up with a fixed menu with the chef for the evening and making sure all the guests were well watered and fed. We had the back room all to ourselves for the evening and the food came out hot and fresh! So many of the guests still tell me how tasty their food was that night. I can’t fault anything. If you want a truly local, cosy restaurant with fresh tasty food this is the place to go. We shall be back!
