We received a very warm welcome from our hostess. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we enjoyed our visit to this bed and breakfast. The bedrooms are large and comfortable: one with an en-suite bath and one with an en-suite shower. Cereal, orange juice, a full "English" breakfast, toast, tea or coffee set us up for the day.||The farm house is located in a rural setting so it is very quiet. Room with en-suite bath, overlooks garden and field towards distant road and is shaded from morning sun. Room with en-suite shower overlooks fields and receives the morning sun. Both rooms are very comfortable ||We ate dinner at Northcote, which is less than 4 miles away - so a very convenient place to stay at considerably lower cost than the Northcote hotel. ||We would recommend this establishment.

Me and my partner stayed here for an easy commute to business training. The B & B overall was extremely clean and tidy with fantastic facilities and stunning views. Joanne (owner) couldn't help enough and made us feel really welcome and at home. Beds were comfy and breakfast was fresh with a hearty farm foods with an exceptional variety. The views were beautiful along with a very peaceful area waking up to the birds singing. Great value for money and would definitely return. Thanks Joanne 🙂

On arrival, we were given a warm, friendly welcome. We were thrilled with our room but even more so when we opened the curtains to be greeted by a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was one of the best farmhouse breakfasts we have ever had. Joanne and Karl made us feel very welcome in their family home. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet, peaceful location near Blackburn.

We were made very welcome on arrival. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area. Stayed for one night only but we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again. Had a lovely meal in The Spread Eagle restaurant nearby, and would like to try other places to eat and drink as there are two further restaurants within walking distance from the farmhouse. A quiet, relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay at Myre Edge Farm. We were made to feel very welcome and our hosts made every effort to make us comfortable, including laying on an extra early breakfast to accommodate our son who is nearly 2 and likes to rise extra early! Really lovely hosts and a beautiful location. Will definitely be staying again.

Room had no heating on and no Shower just a bath. The bath had no shower attachments and for little money would have been useful. Ended up having a towel bath wife washing hair in the sink. Good breakfast but when leaving you sensed I've got your money so goodbye had to find our way out (ended up in a closet). No signs telling you where the dining room is, would be useful ended up in some storage room. in the morning. I'm a Lancashire lad (from Blackburn) and won't be stopping there again.

Myre Edge Farm is a beautiful old farmhouse set amongst stunning grounds with breath taking views. There are fallow deer in the grounds along with a stables provding livery for several horses. ||The house is large and clean and the bedrooms are a decent size double with ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilites, WiFi and TV with Freeview.||Joanne and Karl are both very warm and friendly hosts and the breakfast provided by Joanne is spot on Full English as well as cereals, toast etc.||The location is a quiet one and is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the regular daily grind.||Despite the peaceful location there are several pubs and restaurants close by, including an exceptional Indian a couple of minutes walk away.||I had a wonderful weekend here and hope to return again soon.

A converted old farmhouse with views across the fields, it easy to find, with plenty of on site parking. Plenty of food on your plate for breakfast, refills for the coffee were there too, not like some establishments, where they are not offered. Overall, would stay again,
