We've been here about three times and every time we come back we leave just as happy! The food is delicious and authentic, the staff is really friendly and we love coming here. On Sundays they have a special offer and apart from good food, at an affordable price. I really recommend everyone to come here!

Very cool, small feeling restaurant, good food and lovely service/staff. On par will other Japanese places I've been to, seemed better value than most. Will definitely go again. If in area.

Knocked one star off atmosphere. Not the resturants fault, another table of guests noisily watching videos with loud music. TikToks. Normally, rude patrons wouldn't appear or be relivant to a review, but they seemed far too nonchalant, guessing their regulars, so might be relevant!

This was a great find. We popped in for a quick bite before a show at the Grove. If I hadn't already looked at the map & reviews I would have walked past.
My advise to owners - if you can put some flowers planters outside make the outside more appealing.
To customers , give it a go we really enjoyed the meal. Would advise you pre book. We were lucky and got a little unreserved table. Great pre show meal and only a 5/10 min walk from the Grove theatre.

A lovely, charming little spot with simple yet cosy decor. My boyfriend and I were warmly welcomed at the entrance by a delightful girl wearing adorable cat ears – such a fun touch! The service was impressively quick and attentive, with genuine care for what we wanted to eat.
My boyfriend ordered the salmon nagiri and ramen, and he was absolutely thrilled with both. I ordered avocado and salmon rolls, and a cup of Japanese tea.

Overall, we were really pleased with the experience – the atmosphere, the service were all excellent. Thank you!

Fantastic place! The food was amazing and the atmosphere cosy. Dropped one star from the service as it was very slow considering the quietness of the place. The food quality and quantity was fantastic and way better than a similar chain restaurant. Feel very lucky to have such a great restaurant within walking distance.
