Natalie is so professional and really makes you feel comfortable. It was my first time getting lip filler and she talked me through the entire thing. She could tell that I was nervous and was so compassionate throughout the process. It was a very clean and welcoming atmosphere and she really prepared me for the aftercare as well. It's not just her professionalism but her demeanour that made the entire experience go from something frightening to something that I would return to in the future.

Natalie is very lovely and helpful! I am disabled and we have done the appointment downstairs when I’ve needed to. She is always happy to answer any questions. Got my lips done for the first time this year by Natalie, and could not recommend her enough!! She is so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed despite my nerves as this was my first time getting lip filler. She told me about everything she used on my lips and why, and also provided me with an aftercare kit free of charge which she showed me how to use in order to look after my lips. She asked how I was feeling throughout the treatment, whilst also allowing me to take a small pause if I needed to. Additionally, Natalie is amazing at answering any questions after the procedure, she swiftly replies and gives helpful responses to any concerns or queries you may have about the healing process etc. Will only be going to Natalie in the future, so incredibly happy with my results they look super natural and just how I wanted them! I have had so many compliments about the way they turned out. THANK YOU NATALIE!! ❤️ Xxxx

My lips look so natural and fuller now, I love the results of the filler. I had 1.1ml and Natalie made me feel at ease and talked me through the process and the outcome, I let Natalie overall decide where to put the filler and I am so glad I did.
