My wife and I have been going to spa for the last 2.5 years, 3/4 times a month. Generally, the massages are good. Always slightly amused by the reduced cash price (sure HMRC would have a field day!)
My wife was recently diagnosed with a tumour, we advised spa and had a number of massages. 3 weeks ago, my wife was asked to get a letter from her GP confirming massages were safe. We did this at a cost of £15 and gave it to the spa. Despite the letter from the GP, the spa have now refused to provide any further massages, stating they do not have the training to deal with her condition.
This is very disappointing, not only has a Doctor confirmed in writing that she is fine to receive massages, it feels like my wife is being discriminated against for being unwell.
Based on this behaviour and lack of compassion, I will no longer visit or recommend this business.

From the moment it started, I could feel the therapist’s expertise in working through all the tightness and knots I didn’t even realize I had. The pressure was just right—firm enough to really relieve tension without being uncomfortable. I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated, with a noticeable improvement in my overall mobility and a deep sense of relaxation. If you're looking for a massage that really gets to the core of your stress and muscle tension, I highly recommend this deep tissue massage. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience!!
I had 1hr Thai Combination Massage session because my tense shoulder, neck, and hands, feeling much better straight after the session. Place is very clean and staff are friendly

Walked in here for a massage today, thai combination, one hour. Fitted me in straight away as had space.
Concentrated on my back, neck and shoulders as I had pack pain.
What can I say!? Amazing full hour massage, Tiki was amazing, More beneficial than seeing a Chiropractor (and I've seen one non stop for the last 2 years!)
Sorted out all of the knots in my neck, back and shoulders. Amazing massage. £55. I will be back for certain.

Visited Nattawan today for the first time and was given a very warm welcome.
The lady on the front desk was very helpful and I ended up having a Massage given by Aui .
It was very thorough to start with to work on the many Knots in my back and shoulders, followed by a more relaxing massage with oil to finish.
Highly recommended 👍
