Over plucked my eyebrows when I just wanted them tidied. Completely changed the shape and when I told her this she told me she doesn't trim them because they grow back bushy. Which is a myth.

My eyebrows are now not growing back properly as the hair follicles have been damaged and it has been 2 months, so I have messed up eyebrows for life. Thanks a bunch.

I was lucky enough to pop in and ask for an appointment at the time that there was a no-show. I was taken straight through and straight for my treatment. I was looked after, and the lady was lovely. Explained about the products all the way through, and I left feeling pampered.

I'm just glad I could fill in what would have been an empty appointment.
