Tom who we saw was our second visit for our son who is 13 and a keen footballer with thigh pain. Lots of questions asked and examined and Tom explained all in a way we understood and showed the exercises and gave good advice and we shall continue to use.

I was unable to do my usual exercises after suffering from bad shin splints and really tight calves. I visited Jonathan at Natural Elements and left the session feeling like I had new legs! Two weeks after my first appointment I am back to doing my usual exercise and am so happy not to be in pain anymore. Just had another session with Jonathan who is really easy to talk to, he instantly put me at ease at our appointment and he clearly has magic hands too!! Thank you.

I have been a semi-regular customer of Natural Elements since they opened a clinic in Groby. A Natural Elements gift card is one of my favourite presents for Christmas! What can I say about them? Firstly, and an important reason for my continued custom, the staff are friendly and professional. It is a nice experience when you go to see them, from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. The staff are qualified and know what they are doing, and as important, what not to do. My custom has largely been Back and Shoulder massages which I can fully recommend.
I am looking to go for a Chiropody session shortly and am fully confident I will get the same friendly, professional service and effective treatment that I have become accustomed to!

I was so impressed with the service provided by Natural Elements.
Alex quickly diagnosed my problem and provided me with exercises and instructions of how to move forward. The exercise app is amazing, enabling me to complete each exercise correctly.
Alex also answered questions I had after my appointment promptly, even though she was on holiday.
In all the years I have been seeing a physio, never have I received this level of service, or been contacted to see how I am doing following my appointment.
I would recommend Natural Elements to everyone who needs to see a physio.

I had another absolutely perfect Deep tissue massage in my shoulder blades from Jonathan Bott. Every time I visit him he relieves me of so much pain that I carry in my shoulders.
I will keep coming back to Groby Natural Elements for sure !
