Absolutely horrific! I went in for a massage, card machine didn’t work apparently so they took cash and then I didn’t receive the massage. The manager was late so others took over, one untrained. They both had said this wasn’t the actual massage, someone else is coming. When the manager came she charged me for their time and was argumentative and very aggressive. I had to stop the massage. I was then ambushed, shouted at, called a liar and told they’d take half the money. She took 2/3rd!!! I said I’d call the police and the manger said, when you’re just sat there I will call the police to have you removed. She clearly has done this scam before as the police weren’t able to help and she got away with it. I have to go to court now. Oh they don’t provide receipts for cash conveniently. The English receptionist was absolutely lovely and honest and I felt sorry for her for working in such a hostile environment. This place has bad energy. Looks like a brothel inside. You can only enter via doorbell. STAY AWAY!!! Never pay upfront! The lack of trust and transparency from them says it all.

The effort they’ve put in lying in the response to this review, says it all. P.s I have a wonderful masseuse in Ban thai in Leigh and I told them that. It’s classy, professional and not a knocking shop. I was foolish in believing them. Don’t fall for it.

Saw masseuses Lucy, then Sue. Hour body massage £45. Both are fantastic, very professional and very relaxing and enjoyable massage.

Both friendly and accommodating, asking if massage ok, I opted for medium tension and if I wanted to change the tension any time they can.
Dim lite room, professional table, relaxing music playing throughout. Will deffinetly return. Offered shower before and after. Thank you both, my aches and pains are gone for now.

Sue, unbelievable, can't thank u enough. Lucy, fantastic, but just makes me want try the other masseuses as it just gets better and better there.

Just had a fantastic 1 hour massage with Lucy. The quality of the massage was absolutely superb, with lots of time spent working on muscles mixed with tender moments of slow strokes and touches. Will definitely return and I highly recommend Lucy. 😀

I called to book for a session, immediately the lady picked up, she said there was no availability without even me talking, I said okay, if there is no space now, pls kindly tell me any other days that are available, she said they are always very busy and was telling me about other places where I can get a massage, she added they don’t take clients anymore because they already have enough clients,,, I have never experienced this before where spa chases clients away.
