I had the most amazing full body massage on Saturday. I find it very hard to switch my head off and just relax. But I definitely did with Rachel. Her masage was absolutely out of this world. Would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful massage from Rachel - she was professional, considerate and took time to understand what I wanted from the massage. She got exactly the right type of pressure and got rid of lots of knots without it being painful. I floated out the room! Highly recommend.

Booked in advance for my wife to have some treatment for her birthday and could not have asked for a more professional and personal touch. reasonable prices and extensive range of treatments on offer and the wife will be booking in again soon. Thank you for your quality service although it was not for me, I can definitely say on behalf of my wife that she enjoyed the treatment. Rachel is very thorough and hugely enthusiastic about her work and it shows because my wife loved the therapy and has booked up more sessions.

Thank you Lyn for my lovely relaxing massage this afternoon. This time in a long while and well needed. Lyn welcomed me in and made me feel at home straight away. Lovely music playing/atmosphere.
Made sure that all the paperwork and essential details where known about myself before starting the message like allergies, ache and pains etc. Lyan is a amplaty and only as 1 arm. But you would have a clue whilst she is at work. Lyn speaks to you during your massage asking you if the strength of the massage is OK, making sure that you are comfortable and warm enough. After the massage she asked if I wanted a drink makes sure I was feeling OK, and was making sure I was safe to drive home at the end of my visit. I would definitely recommend Lyn for a message. Lovely lady.

I have been using Natural Steps for over a year for both myself and my husband.

I am very impressed by the professional service offered, the ability to have treatments at home at a time to suit me and the fact that I can tailor a treatment to my needs on a particular day, e.g. facial and back, neck and shoulder massage.
