Staff are very welcoming and friendly, there is a good selection of items on the menu. Food has always been well presented, tasty and good porton size. The new coffee machine gives a great choice of top quality drinks. Reasonable pricing. Great asset for the Bacup community. Bravo. Big hugs from Colin

My first experience at Nellies cafe is very welcoming and friendly. Service was always met with a smile and was fast! Will now become our new spot for our Saturday breakfast. Thank you for the amazing service and keep it up.

Al good , hot plate, great start to a big plate of food, and a nellies belly buster no less! Big tea pot good tea. Other small breakfast throughly joyed by my wife. 9 out of 10. just a bit oily as left on plate, but very nice tasty well cooked meal. We will return. Black pudding very tasty as we're sausages and perfectly cooked eggs.

Today me and my father visited Nellie’s for the the first time, we are not from Bacup but we felt so welcomed by the staff at this cafe. Good value for money, friendly and keen to help.

Went to eat here with my family, my family was served their meals but i didnt get mine until after they finished. The woman apologised to me and was very nice so that was good, i think she made an honest mistake. Nobody really liked their food or their drinks. I ordered a caramel latte and it was just milk and caramel syrup i think they forgot the coffee. The only good thing about the cafe really was the staff who were really nice

Looking for a cafe whilst my granddaughter is at her dancing class and found this little gem! Fantastic breakfast, lovely friendly staff who make you feel really welcome and a great atmosphere, highly recommended, will definitely come again.

Absolutely fantastic, the food was spot on and well priced, the staff were really nice and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and would make the drive back just to visit this place
