If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We came to stay for 3 nights as we were visiting family in the area and had a wonderful stay. The guest house itself is lovely. A very well presented, well decorated and immaculately clean building with a lovely sized en suite room. The cooked breakfast was delicious and there was also a fantastic choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurts etc. The owners are lovely friendly people and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Great value for money. We will definitely be back.

Stay here! Great warm welcome. Bright, clean homely. Our room was comfortable with everything we wanted and more. The room includes a fridge. The shower was powerful. As for breakfast we could not have asked for more. We highly recommend staying. Thank you.

We booked to stay at Netley Guest House as we were visiting family for the day and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. However, it was so lovely that we wish we'd planned more time to spend at there! Our first impression was great as we were greeted by a neat, pretty front garden and ivy covered building. The attention to detail continued inside. It was really clean, quiet, decorated beautifully and we had everything we needed to turn it into a mini getaway! The owners were lovely and helpful. They were so accommodating and have obviously put a lot of effort into making the ensuite room comfortable, cosy and relaxing. The dining room was stocked so we could help ourselves to food and drinks in the morning but we were also served a perfect English Breakfast. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, there were plenty of towels, it had a powerful shower and there was a fridge for the milk so we could use the tea/coffee facilities. There was plenty of on-street parking (we didn't need to ask if there was a car park) and the local area seems pleasant (the owners recommended a very nice pub within reasonable walking distance). We came away feeling very relaxed and will certainly look to return if we're ever staying in the area again.

The best bed and breakfast I have stayed in. In a lovely safe neighbourhood and the hosts are very welcoming. We stayed in the family room and it was very roomy and had everything you would want to make your stay comfortable. Beds and bedding are comfy! Very clean. Full English breakfast available or continental items with fresh fruit. Would be a great home base for travelling around the area.

Loved this place. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome. The rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and very well presented. There was plenty of tea coffee and milk in our room for several cups and the biscuits were a nice surprise. The bathroom was modern and very clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the room and breakfast was excellent. All facilities with plenty of tea and coffee and snacks, free toiletries and a lovely hot shower. Plenty of parking on the road. Would definitely visit again.

We recently stayed here for three nights and found the guest house to be really clean with plenty of hot water. The room was spacious with comfy beds, the tea coffee and biscuits were plentiful and replenished daily.
The atmosphere was very warm and extremely friendly as Dale and Louise made us more than welcome. The superb plentiful cooked breakfast was an added bonus. We will be back next year and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed at this wonderful guesthouse in August 2020. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is amazing, and the location is great - just across the road from a park/playground if you’re traveling with little ones. The room was spotless and the hosts are taking all the reassuring measures re covid-19 (hand sanitizing upon entering etc.). A gem if a place!
