We stayed at this lovely old guesthouse recently purely on the off chance & we were very happy with our stay. The owners were away but access was easy and not too strenuous. We love the quirkiness of the place, but most of all the peace & quiet is unreal, and the room was unique with a small sitting area & long bedroom. All the amenities were spot on & no complaints here. Just remember, when you get to the caravan park KEEP GOING, don't turn into the park!!! Awesome place.

Just got home from our stay here, we stayed in the family room with our 2 children and we all thoroughly loved our stay.
Barbara was lovely and a great host, great communication on booking and before arrival. Loads of little touches to the stay made it feel very comforting and welcoming. Lovely house with adorable old features. Would definitely stay again.

This place is stunningly beautiful in a wonderful location and like a home from home. We spent a quiet and peaceful Sunday night here and loved every minute of it. The owners attention to detail is second to none, and at £50 a night, this place is an absolute bargain.
The room was immaculately clean with a lovely,cosy nook with a sofa perfect for reading or enjoying the tea and coffee with biscuits that were provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and we enjoyed a very peaceful nights sleep. We were given plenty of clean towels and a little packet of sweets beside our bed, which was a nice touch.
I loved the little mini fridge with tiny pot of milk in. I've never seen one before and I want one it's so cute 😍
The only slight issue we had was very poor Internet signal and TV signal, but other than that, couldn't fault this place at all.
Breakfast was self-catering in a little breakfast room and consisted of toast,yogurt,fresh fruit,OJ,cereals and tea and coffee and was all very nice and well prepared in advance.
We loved this place and would definitely consider staying here again.

I booked this lovely family run guest house last minute as an over night stop while attending a weekend meeting of historical motorsport at nearby Cadwell Park Circuit.
Greeted with a very warm and informative welcome explaining everything regarding our stay.
Lovely thought of touches in the ample twin room we stayed in. Even a small milk fridge which I have never seen anywhere.
Ample selection for continental breakfast set in a lovely room. Loved the teddy bear calendar.
Nothing was too much trouble even having a cool pack re frozen for our cool box the next day.
Would definitely stay here again so thank you for making our stay run like clockwork.

Lovely B&B with a great room and ample parking. Didn't see the host till we were leaving but she had emailed us detailed instructions so we felt looked after. Self-service continental breakfast worked a treat. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again soon!

Was a fly by overnight.

I rang ahead as worried about a very late check in. my mind was put at rest very quickly.

Very very helpful and accommodating.

Room was lovely and spacious with plenty condiments in the room, with a lovely and fresh breakfast to wake up to the next day.

Property is tucked away in a nice quiet area with plenty of parking space.

Would highly recommend!!

Barbara and Steve were great hosts, was easy to contact, as my arrival time changed, set in a lovely woodland , very quant and quiet, if you need to chill out and relax, this is the ideal spot, beautiful rooms and everything we needed, great personal touches, cookies and cold milk in the cutest fridge, breakfast included within the price, what more could we ask, a hidden gem , we were in room 1 which was a double room with a lovely chilled out book room, with comfy sofa, starting reading a book and even asked Barbara if we could take home, and bring back next visit. haha - hence why when I got home, ive booked here up until Xmas, 100% a comfy and home comforts B n B well done to Barbara and Steve for making us welcome, see you soon.

Host keeps you informed from locating Nettleton Country House and Gaining entry to property, should they can not meet you in person. Breakfast very well thought out in advance of morning, helping yourselves to continental breakfast good selection at your choice of time. 10/10
