We visited new beach once again and we were amazed with everything! Jas Scott and aiden were just amazing!! Always made time for my little one, Scott went above and beyond to make sure my little one was happy! Jas and aiden were amazing for their first time at new beach! The activity lodge parkstar jack was just as amazing! Was brilliant with him too! Was very patient and very friendly! Once again another holiday at new beach was a success!!! I do want to add Emma from reception has outstanding customer service, always solved an issue when needed!

The caravan was lovely and clean and beautifully furnished. The park itself was very nice and the staff went out of their way to make the weekend enjoyable beyond all my expectations. The evening entertainment was superb and I have to give Scott Dillon, the beautiful young lady behind the decks who I was dancing with and last but definitely not least Neil Francis a special mention because I have been on quite a few of these caravan breaks but this was by far the best, and I have been to a few festivals and I saw the darkness in 2004 and Neil sounded every bit as good when he sang I believe in a thing called love and is a natural born entertainer wow wow wow I would have given 10 stars!!! Word of warning on site shop extortionate.

Great value for money! Staff are all welcoming, friendly and helpful. We paid for Teddy mountain for our 6 year old - this was a great activity, great value for money. This event was run by Jack who was a great addition to the team, he made the activity fun for the children and was extremely helpful. The park could do with security as there was a lot of children running around the arcade and parks unsupervised. Other than that the caravan was very clean, swimming pool was very nice. A great holiday had by us all!

Came here weekend before last, the caravan was lovely, nice and clean. The restaurant was really nice and food came out quick, Grace in the bar was really smiley and chatty and helpful with the arcade game. Loved the beach in the evening too, hope to be back soon

Dymchurch is my favourite place in the world. The community is full of kind and loving families , who make you feel happy and safe.||I would recommend this destination to quiet families who need a break.|Affordable local produce and delicious food, at ' a stunning location.||Pet friendly and breathing horizons.|A god place for moongazers and people who like nature and fresh air.||But be nice and polite, as the local lifesavers work arduously to make sure , OUR seas are safe too paddle and swim in and it is protracted 247.|We believe in conservation and climate change.|So don't leave any rubbish on , OUR beach as it will be recycled withing 24 hours as our location dustmen, Don't like rubbish and theirs a £5000. Fine for any mistakes.|It's nice to know, are children are safe and our wildlife protected at all times.|That's what makes: Dymchurch, my favourite destination in England.

This is a review of Jack the Activities Park Star. We have visited the activities hut a number of times over the last few years. Jack is the best activity leader we’ve come across. He was so kind, funny, imaginative and interactive. Our little girl had a splendid time doing Teddy Mountain and Wax Hands with him. Thank you Jack! We would definitely recommend visiting him in the pottery hut on your holiday.

I have had a fantastic time visiting New Beach. We were thoroughly entertained by Parkstar Scott and Aidan's cabaret. We also visited the activity cabin and had a great time with Parkstar Jack painting some pottery.||||We also had great service from Shaun and the bar team!||||Lovely location too!
