Arrived end of July and stayed 7 days. Lodge was lovely nice and spacious and some of the bedrooms had balconies which was a lovely touch. But the lodge however wasn't very clean, we wiped down all the surfaces, had to wash the floor and was shocked by the colour of the dirty water. Plus it was very obvious that the stairs had not been vacuumed after the previous guests. One of the showers was blocked and dirty stagnant water rose up from the plug hole when we took a shower. Reported to service desk who sent maintenance right away to fix the problem which we were very impressed with. Unfortunately when taking a shower after maintenance had been the plug was still very slow draining so you ended up with dirty water swirling around your feet and rising to the top of the shower tray. So i fear the next guests to use the shower will have experience the same problem.
Executive lodges are very expensive this one cost us over £4000 for the 7 days. A shame really as expected better standard of cleanliness especially for the amount of money we were paying.
They had some lovely restaurants on site i recommend lasiguanas and the pancake house.

Apart from that we all had a great time and enjoyed being able to relax in the forest setting. If it wasn't for the cleanliness issue we would have rated it 5 stars.

It's a much nicer style of lodge, more space

Though the games room is actually just slightly too tight for the pool table.

But the setting is lovely, and the standard of the rooms is great.

Being at the bottom of the hill does mean that is you have anyone in the group whose health is problematic, you may need to start by using the land train to get somewhere flatter as the first part of your activity.

A step up in grading and well worth the extra. We stayed on the 4 bed lodge. The games room and sauna add a lovely touch when your in need of a chill out. Fantastic layout with private balconies and ensuite. Kitchen, living room set up allows plenty of room for all the family.
Great location just below the Plaza only a short trek up the hill. Cleaning service daily, something we've never had when staying in the bungalow cabins. Also tried the Monday to Friday break, so much calmer and easier to get around. Well worth a try.

The lodge is situated at the bottom of a hill and the ramp that runs alongside the steps leading to the plaza are not wide enough for the trailer I rented from Center Parcs.

The pool table is located in a room too small for a pool table meaning that most shots have to be taken with 2-ft cues.

The kitchen is tiny and what looks like a double oven is actually just a normal microwave (not combination) and a gas grill/oven. The gas oven kept turning itself off.

Getting a bit outdated. Still nice but I wouldn't call it fancy. There were stains on the carpet and bluetack/celotape around the edge of the lounge room, obviously from someone hanging up birthday banners – attention to detail? This could have been cleared up.

We had to hoover the pool table when we arrived as there were loads of crumbs on it, also had no pool cue chalk when we arrived.

Heating also didn't work, and we only had one bread knife in the draw - not great if you are planning on doing a self-catered holiday.

Jacuzzi bath also didn't work in the room, which is a shame because we don't have a bath at home, so we were really looking forward to it.

Last point – It’s a bit naughty to put a fully functioning Xbox in your lodge and to not provide and controllers (you have to hire them) so bring your own and save yourself some money.

Lodge 584 Maple area. Although I am not disabled or immobile I do find the position of these lodges, although lovely in themselves, problematic. There should be some warning of their position at the bottom of a hill from which the only way is up or if one has managed to go up then the number of steps to get back down again. Sadly although I enjoyed the lodges in themselves it did mean that I was physically unable to join my family in accessing the various opportunities that we had paid a considerable amount of money to access. I am sure I am not the only pensioner to experience this problem it's about time centerparcs addressed this issue on this exceedingly hilly site.

4 en suite bedrooms all with tv. One on ground floor & as disabled was perfect for myself. Games room with pool table + large tv ( bring childrens xbox/ PS/ wii). Sauna & barbecue, excellent facilities for up to 8 persons.

A superb lodge, all rooms are ensuite and spacious. One double room is at ground floor with the other 3 upstairs which include two twin rooms.
There is a sauna (lodge 959) a games room with pool table, large TV and PlayStation.
The lodge is located near to the Plaza although it is all uphill to get there!
