I stayed at Newnham Manor a couple of weeks ago for a Hen party and what an incredible and welcoming house. Trish and her husband made us all feel completely at home and were the kindest and most thoughtful hosts. Their house is gorgeous. Beautiful, comfortable and inviting. After a very fun night, Trish cooked 13 of us the most delicious breakfast. Such a superstar! It was an extremely spoiling couple of days and we're so grateful to the Farr family for having us.

A group of 10 of us recently stayed at Newnham Manor prior to a wedding at South Farm. Trish was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and include everything you need. After a lovely day at the wedding it was the perfect place to return to and then next morning we had an amazing cooked breakfast with plenty of tea and coffee. We only wished we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be returning.

Utterly fabulous. Very warm, relaxing and cosy feel, Trish and Nick are incredibly welcoming and really make you feel at home. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and feel cared for. Beautiful quaint rooms, delicious breakfast, stunning grounds - highly recommend.

I spent three days at the Manor and cannot fault the welcome, or the facilities. It is part of a working farm and makes you feel part of a family. It is a very relaxing place to stay and every effort is made to make you feel welcome. There are some lovely places to eat out within a couple of miles and the breakfasts provided at the Manor are fab. I was on a business trip so sadly did not have time for leisure but know there's many interesting historical places to visit locally. The facilities are better than any 5 star hotel simply because the manor is unique, and for business travellers, a welcome change from uniform hotels.

Absolutely delightful guest house. Made to feel so welcome and we all had a glorious time. We arrived and were show to our respective rooms which were very spacious. Each of us had an on-suite bathroom. The views from the bedroom were lovely overlooking the garden.

I stayed here with a group of girls for a hen party and we had a lovely relaxing time. The house has many large comfortable rooms and is set in a very sweet village with good local pubs. We took over their dinning room and another games room for the night and didn't need to worry about making a noise as the owners stay down the other end.||The following morning we had a delicous breakfast cooked by the owner, both her and her husband coudn't have been more friendly and helpful and left us to our own devices. A great venue for large parties!
