I attended A& E at Ayr General on Saturday. I had been referred by NHS 24 after suffering chest pain. Admittedly, by taxi, due to long waiting time for an emergency ambulance.
I was first attended within one hour and after more tests, on Monday admitted to cardiology ward. I was lucky, being onsite, I was available to fail slots that had become available due to cancellations. My main point, all of the staff, Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and support staff ( who are often unappreciated) were, without exception, professional, respectful and appropriately friendly. Thank God and Scotland's parliament, for this. God bless our NHS

Been on a waiting list for Dermatology for nearly 2 and a half years.

I missed last appointment (due to the landlord kicking me out during the scamdemic and missing the letter).

I was therefore removed from waiting list and have had to start again. All the complaints I have made have not been upheld due to them not being able to consider complaints about ‘waiting lists’ (which it isn’t as it’s about not being willing to consider mitigating circumstances).

As a result of now being on a waiting list for nearly 3 years my skin condition has increased in size, is oozing pus and I am in extreme pain!

The Dermatology receptionist at Crosshouse gave me a really bad attitude!

This is what years of an ‘SNP’ (‘Stalinist National Party’) government has done to Scotland!

These people DO NOT CARE about anyone! The NHS used to be great in Ayrshire, now it’s a disaster!

Now Kilmarnock wants to introduce 15 minute city zones (as these fascists think locking you into your town is the answer to pollution). They don’t seem to get that a simple £100 device could make ANY diesel engine run off biofuel!

People, it’s time to start voting for politicians who will bring REAL CHANGE to Scotland!

Try ‘Scottish Family Party’ (at least they would sort Crosshouse hospital out).

Absolutely joke, am a single deaf mum and I understand we are in a pandemic but posting my only hearing aid thats a rely on everyday especially considering i cant understand people with masks as 2nd class as a wasnt a classed as a priority its a joke ! Hearing aid clinic in Crosshouse at its best 🙂

My dad has recently been in Crosshouse hospital and I would like to thank all the staff on ward 5a for all the care and attention he received during his stay.Everyone was very attentive and caring on every shift.

Sent me a appointment letter for COVID vaccine after the appointment date, same with other hospital appointments their admins are the worst ever and they leave you without treatment
