A huge improvement from last time I was here, new staff are brilliant, nice friendly and helpful. They take their jobs seriously and have shown superb customer service - Especially a young woman called Ann who is very accommodating and very helpful, happily resolving out a few small issues i initially had.
I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms are cold and have no heating. There were drunk people next door yelling all night. The window claims to be 24h but when i checked out this morning there was no one to give my keys to. They kept my ID because they had kept it as a deposit but i couldnt get it on the way out because no one was there. Broken furniture in the room. Smells strong of cigarette.

I booked this place this morning for friends, took them to the inn and checked inn. As I was checking inn, the guy at the reception asked me the website I used to make the booking and when I mentioned this website, he seemed surprised. There’s a main building where the receptionist was and another on the left. Walking in there was terrible! The place stunk and looked very much unkept. The so-called standard room was just pathetic and it turned out to be just a room WITHOUT a private bathroom. I’m surprised people actually use the place. I requested the receptionist to call the owner so that I can voice my concerns, he gave me the number and I called the owner. The owner went straight to talking and didn’t give me much chance to talk. When I mentioned this site, he said their place has nothing to do with Trip.com. When I mentioned the private bathroom that was meant to come with the room, he said there was no such thing. He just wasn’t willing to listen.

These are the photos to illustrate this visit attached.||We have stayed in budget accomodation in the area before, but were surprised at the state of this place.||A room that resembled a cell, with shared "bathroom facilities" you had to walk through the foyer to access.||The room was damp, with obviously mouldy sheets on the bed and a pervading odour. It was more remeniscent of a hostel than a B&B. We were also alarmed about the lack of fire precautions and towels.||We were offered another room, but the initial impression was so unfavourable we were not prepared to entertain it.||The whole place is below Par and frankly could benefit from a visit by the local authority. Bars on every opening and a general feeling of "No, just no".||The guest two lines above me was entitled "ROUGH SLEEPER" and although I am appreciative this facility can cater for them, I think this is their more natural market.||This property does not belong on any sort of site. Put it in the bin.....||
