I can only give one star and would not recommend this company as the delivery was delayed a couple of times and still waiting. The main reason for placing the order was the next day delivery service, I wish I had ordered elsewhere now.

Called them a day prior because I was having difficulties understanding the delivery dates online as it had very little information; member of staff suggested I do a collection in store to ensure I got what I needed on time.

Went there the next day to pick it up, swift service, friendly staff who even helped me take it to the car (Parking boxes available at the front).

Been a Nisbets customer for years, nice to see that the store outperforms the service you receive online. I believe it was Andrew and David who helped me. I extend my gratitude to the both of you 😊

After passing this place for several years, I finally went there as I needed items for an event.
I was hesitant as I feared I might need a customer membership to shop. No, I didn't!
I shopped without being questioned but obviously watched. Who'd blame them in this day and age?
A sale was in place, so I got a good price on some of my items.
I purchased my items without fuss. I intend to return as more items are needed. The staff I came across were friendly, approachable, and helpful.
They don't sell everything but they cover a good range. Also, since discovered, they have an online site. Nisbets.co.uk

Whenever we have been into the store the sales people have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Also, I recently bought a 3 door pizza prep fridge to use as a crêpe counter. It would not maintain temperature so it was replaced without question. The replacement had the same issue so we got help from Briella who took on the case and again was extremely helpful. The third fridge arrived and again had the same problem so Briella said she would not provide us this fridge (obvious reasons), give us an immediate refund and would investigate a clear production issue. She manage to source us more suitable replacement as a special order. I am aware she put in a lot of work to deal with these many issues. Also, she stepped in with the courier on each of the pick-up and drop-offs as they were complex due to the location.
Briella has been outstanding throughout all these issues, extremely understanding and just as frustrated as we were. I imagine she must’ve dreaded calls from me reporting these repeated issues, but she was always really helpful, understanding and a pleasure to deal with.
I will stay with Nisbets in Birmingham because their customer service has been perfect!

I arrived at Nisbets just 10 minutes before closing with a huge last-minute job and an extensive list of items I needed to grab. I was worried about being a bother so close to closing time, but Briella went above and beyond to help me. She personally walked me around the shop, helping me find everything on my list, even carrying items to the till as we went. Despite being so close to closing, Briella and the entire team were welcoming, patient, and didn’t rush me at all. Briella’s product knowledge was excellent, and she made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth. A huge thank you to Briella and the team – they absolutely deserve 5 stars for their outstanding service!

Yesterday I ordered a nisbets fridge with left handle delivered.
When it was delivered it turned out to be right handle.
This was a huge problem as we couldn't open the door because of limited space.
A miscommunication may have happened leading to the mistake.
We phoned nisbets to tell them and the manager got us sorted with a repairer literally a day after as well as taking the old fridge with them as well
Great customer service and thank you for Simon for helping us. 😁😁

Prices in the actual stores tend to be higher!
Be careful when visiting in-store- in-fact don’t bother. Prices can be cheaper on line (the items I was after were NOT on offer online BUT were about 15-20% dearer in store) Sad thing is that they didn’t want to match the online price even though tons of the stock available! Ordered for 1hour collection from the same store…..downside to this story is that I waited an hour at the store for the process to be completed.
