Had a lovely stay with Peter and Fiona, both were very accommodating and friendly. | The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was top drawer. Peter was helpful with suggesting local restaurants and things to do in town. Would highly recommend and defiantly stay in the future!

My work booked me into No. 9 and it could not have been a more perfect stay! Fiona was very welcoming and the room was really comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious too! Will hopefully be back soon

The room we were given was very scruffy - the wallpaper below the radiator had been torn off, there was a sweetie paper under the bed from a previous guest, one of the lampshades was torn. The room was very cold. The mattress was uncomfortable.||It was a nice touch to have fresh milk, a shame there was a fly in it.||The TV remote controls worked intermittently.||The breakfast was fine and the coffee good.||Fiona and Peter were friendly.

Stayed here three nights extremely comfortable Peter and Fiona most welcoming and want to ensure aemorable stay which it was First classs breakfast from choices every day and beautiful;ly cooked -one of the best. Four of us, all bikers, stayed for one night during a tour of Scotland. Firstly, there is secured garage parking for at least 5-6 motorbikes, which is a bonus. The house is grand, with plenty of nice homely touches, and Fiona was the perfect hostess: happy to help with any questions, but not intrusive. Beds were comfortable, clean, and the breakfast - all locally sourced - was fantastic!||If you've ever wondered what the difference between a B&B and a guest house is, this is clearly the latter: we felt like we'd been invited into a friends home to stay, not a soul-less hotel or B&B.||Would we visit again? Absolutely. And only 10 mins walk from the city centre as well.

Friendly staff saw that my mom and daughter were very tired at the end of their tour of the Highlands and offered to give them a lift to the railway station when they checked out. The food was good, and a welcome bonus to their trip.

The owners were very welcoming, and the room cost just seventy pounds including a wonderful breakfast, and they didn't charge any extra for our little dog - something that most guest houses and hotels do.||The room was large and had a homely feel, and had TV, free wifi, and tea and coffee making facilities. Very handy location for the centre of Perth which is a beautiful city.

I do not normally write reviews but I thought I would do after having an excellent two night stay. The owners Fiona and Peter could not have been more helpful, they even provided a garage to keep our motorbikes in overnight. For a well priced B&B this one surely would be hard to beat.
