Went there with family for the first time! The place had lovely decor and great atmosphere. We had the three of the plates from the breakfast menu, Turkish tea and caramel ice latte if I’m not wrong.The food is on the expensive side but the portions and the high quality make it worth it!

Would recommend for a nice brunch with the girls or special breakfast with family. Great service too! A lovely gentleman working there was super sweet to our kid and even gave her one of the teddy bear to play with.

However, there was one server working there a little bit moody, no smile or nothing and took our plates quite abruptly, which bought the service rating down.

*Best breakfast in Ashford*

Came here this morning for breakfast. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were seated straight away by friendly staff. Allowed to pick any table we wanted. We were given time to read the menu (which we needed because there were too many delicious sounding options to choose from) and our orders were taken. The food came out really quickly and looked fantastic. I can tell you it tasted even better. All beautifully presented and piping hot. Other reviewers have said it's a bit pricey. I disagree. You get what you pay for and what we had was worth every petty. The atmosphere, service and food were all well worth it. I had the french connection breakfast which was the best breakfast I've ever had. Very generous portion sizes. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The sausage so flavoursome and the french toast 👌🏽 My god the french toast was the best I've ever had. Light, fluffy. Imbued with cinnamon but not over the top and the accompaniments were just as delicious. I'll be recommending this place wholeheartedly and can't wait to go back. Thankyou cafe NO61. Absolutely beautiful.

This restaurant is an absolute gem.

I ordered the No.61 style along with a matcha smoothie, and both were nothing short of perfection. The dish arrived looking like a work of art – every element carefully placed, vibrant in color, and inviting from the first glance. And the taste? Even better. Each bite was full of flavor, beautifully balanced, and clearly made with love and attention to detail.

The matcha smoothie was equally impressive – creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. It had that rich, earthy matcha flavor that can be hard to get just right, but they nailed it. It was the perfect pairing with the meal.

What really stood out, beyond the food, was the lovely staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind – they made the experience feel personal and relaxed, like I was being welcomed into someone’s home.

Everything about this place feels thoughtfully crafted, from the menu to the ambiance. It’s affordable without ever compromising on quality, and truly worth every penny. I’ll absolutely be back – and next time, I’m bringing friends.

Absolutely delighted with my visit! The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, perfect for a relaxed weekend brunch. The staff were friendly and attentive which made the experience even more enjoyable, they even put a smile into my plate of food. I have been here several times and the food is always really tasty. There is a good selection of savoury and sweet food, breakfast and brunch food. It is the best cafe I know of in Ashford.

Really lovely cafe.
I went for brunch with a friend and my daughter and we definitely wasn't disappointed!
The pancakes were my favorite,so light and fluffy! I definitely recommend them ,but generally everything was delicious! I can't complain about a thing. It was a lot bigger inside then I thought,the seating was comfortable and lovely and it wasn't noisy like some cafes can be. The best part is it's in walking distance from my house so I will definitely be going back again.

They absolutely deserve 5 stars. Café No.61 is truly a hidden gem in Ashford! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful décor—elegant flowers, cozy velvet chairs, and a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay for hours.

The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff made us feel so well looked after, even during a busy time.

Now the food... absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. I had the smashed avocado with poached eggs, and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. The drinks were equally impressive, and the variety on the menu means there’s something for everyone.

It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right—ambiance, service, food, and overall experience—but Café No.61 nails it. Highly recommend and definitely coming back soon!
