The people staying at the hostel were great, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the experience a bit more bearable. However, the overall condition of the place was quite poor. The room had a constant bad smell with zero ventilation, making it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. It looked like the building hadn’t been renovated since it was first constructed. The beds were extremely squeaky, and the bathrooms, while functional, were often dirty. To top it off, the hostel is located in a very shady area, which didn’t feel safe at night.

You can only pay with cash.

We arrived at 8PM, looking for cash from ATMs near by, spent around 2.5 hours but still couldn’t get any.

Super unfriendly living, even if we tried to deposit USD/EURO and getting cash from banks the next day, they wouldn’t accept.

We grab our bags and leave at 11PM, the staff didn’t say a word to us.

Come enjoy the worst living in London.

I’ve spent 4 nights in this hostel, the place was really dirty, I suspect they don’t even change the sheets when a guest is gone, my sheets made me feel itchy, the room smelled bad, I found all the toilets clogged till the next day at least two times. |The kitchen smelled too, and the counter was sticky and greasy as if it hasn’t been cleaned up properly for a long time. |Also the WiFi didn’t work at all, even tho it says “WI-FI” when you book for this accommodation.|I know it’s a cheap option but it doesn’t respect the hygiene standards for a place meant to host people.|I absolutely do not recommend this hostel to anyone, it wasn’t a nice staying.

The hostel is close to a metro station which makes it convenient but the area isn’t the best … The room was clean, but having two toilets and two showers is not enough for a whole floor… no possibility of checking out before 11am, that’s not the best unfortunately !

Terrible service and I didn't even stay, the lady who i read from the reviews seems like the lady I encountered was the Manager Samantha. Anyways I passed by a few times because I'm staying around nearby. I see the bar there so I try to go inside. She lady says. It's closed then asks if I'm staying in the hostel and I say no. She got upset at me with a dirty look. I said sorry and that was it. I didn't want to argue with her. I mean if she's gonna turn away someone who wants to buy a drink which makes them money seems odd. Most hotels and hotels have let me use bar area even if I didn't stay. She just seemed odd. She could of atleast told me no nicely in a professional manner. Anyways glad I never booked that hostel before and never will if that's the bad energy I get from a minor encounter.

Stayed here for 2 nights staff are lovely and everyone is welcoming ! Local to grocery stores and yes they do make people pay in cash but they tell you about it prior to arrival so it’s really not a bit thing! Plenty of nice people and nice shops around the area too!
