Dan served us a 7 course tasting menu as our wedding breakfast and we could not recommend enough. We were able to design work together to design the menu and Dan was able to effortlessly accommodate for our family’s various dietary requirements. The food was mind-blowing and was the talk of the week!

I was looking for something special to celebrate my dads 80th birthday and came across Dan at Nomad. He was very quick to respond to my questions and very inventive and adaptive when it came to finalising a menu.

On the day the food blew us all away. 5 courses of explosive flavour and beautiful presentation and the fact it all comes from a sustainable, no-waste policy confirmed we absolutely made the right choice.

We recently had an intimate wedding in Devon, and Dan provided afternoon tea for us to enjoy after the ceremony. The experience from contacting him to discuss the menu to the day of our wedding was first class. The food was amazing, I am quite a fussy eater but he was very accommodating, I can't recommend him enough. We will be visiting the venue we married at in the future and we will definitely be booking a private dining experience with Dan.

For our wedding, Dan cooked a 10-course tasting menu for 20 guests. Wow! As foodies, we appreciated every course, with each delivering both in presentation and taste. A sublime chocolate ganache as a finale would grace any Michelin restaurant, as would the filet de bouef filet. Stunning!

Dan provided the personal chef experience for us for our wedding and I have to say, it was stunning. WOOOOOOWWWWWWW,

That was amazing. It was so beautifully presented and the food was delicious. Cooking instructions were easy to follow. The roses and chocolates made a very special extra touch.

After a stressful few months this was just what we needed.
