Cart lodge Langley Park Chedgrave. We had a wonderful stay here the owner was so welcoming the property was beautiful clean well presented and fully equipped with everything you could need. Peaceful place to stay beautiful setting but close enough to all the places of interest. The owners of the had place a file in the lodge with all the local facilities and places of interest along with local walks and maps. Also great outdoor space with patio and table and chairs great for sitting out for evening or meals also a grass area available. We have stayed in other places but never had such details really helpful amazing service always will to help and we felt so welcome would definitely recommend to all groups be it family or couples friends amazing stay thank you

Great venue, spacious, well equipped, comfy beds and clean. Loved the log burner and games room. One of the best equipped places we have stayed in.

Directions / address mix up with neighbouring Swan Lodge caused several problems. A coloured light or lit signage would help when arriving in the pitch dark, also change the name from Swan Lodge to avoid mix ups with the grumpy neighbour down the lane!

Heating in Taylor's barn needed to be set to be on more often with 6 people staying.

Foxglives in Overstrand
Great properties and information given is very useful and thorough. Highly recommend. Interior was all new and spoilt with coffee machine . Tea and biscuits awaiting us on arrival . Lots of leaflets and info in cottage to help with things to do .
Garden was immaculate and well.presented . Highly recommend

Had a really nice stay at Flat 6, Erpingham House in Sheringham recently. A very nice comfortable property for 2 people. A great welcome pack was provided explaining about everything in the property and how to operate appliances, along with places to visit and highlights of Sheringham. Norfolk Cottages made it really easy to book the property and kept us well informed during all stages of the booking process and after check out. Would definitely use them again to book another UK property.

Wonderful cottage to relax and recharge. Location is exceptional: lush woods behind the cottage, walking distance to both Sheringham and Cromer, very well stocked local shop and train station very close too.

Accommodation at Dentford Heights was perfect size for our group of 7 adults & 2 small children. Spent most of our indoor time in the vast kitchen/diner/conservatory & the outdoor space is excellent too.
Our hosts (Howard & Jane) were friendly, available if needed, but never intrusive. Thank you.
Location wise, Gressenhall is a great base for touring central / North Norfolk and anywhere from Kings Lyn to Norwich is only an easy car ride away. Plenty to do & see.
Would we come back again - Definitely.

Would choose zero stars if I could. Booked a flat through Norfolk Cottages for a stay at the end of June this year (1 Abbey House in Binham). Had problems with cleanliness at the flat we stayed at most of the crockery was filthy, a lot cracked and chipped, curtain track was broken so couldn’t open bedroom curtains safely in case the whole thing collapsed, the oven was filthy, the microwave rusty, dust everywhere and the list goes on. Contacted Norfolk Cottages with our complaints and photos. Were told someone from the complaints dept would contact us. They did eventually (Original Cottages) but then asked if I could send some photos. I said I'd already sent them with the email they'd just replied to but they denied all knowledge. Strange that as I'd copied my husband in as well and he'd got them OK. Then they said they'd forwarded them on to the owner and would be in touch. Didn't hear anything for a month so I chased them again yesterday (11 Sept). Got a reply tonight saying they hadn't heard anything from the owner and if I wanted to pursue my complaint I should contact the owner directly! So it's taken them over two month to respond to basically say its nothing to do with us. Deal direct! They are the company, I paid them a booking fee therefore my contract is with Norfolk Cottages or Original Cottages who are apparently the parent company. Definitely won't be booking with them again. Customer service is non existent. Have been booking cottage holidays for over 40 years now and in all that time this is only the second time we've had to complain.
