We spent 4 nights at Norfolk Woods are were really impressed. We had booked a dog friendly 2 bed lodge and it was lovely. Equipped to a higher standard than we were expecting. Lovely woods attached to the park with loads of wildlife. Staff were friendly and restaurant served lovely food. It is a really well thought out park. Even though you are near the A47 it does not detract from the overall experience. Will definitely go again.

We really enjoyed our stay in a two person lodge at the back of the resort. Despite it being school holidays we enjoyed peace and quiet. |Very well equipped lodge, bathroom and free standing bath were wonderful. Bed comfortable and kitchen had all we needed even a mini dishwasher. Only little niggle was the sofa was uncomfortable( very deep seated and high arm rests, rather springy so could be replaced) but we were out and about most of the time so not a massive issue. |We didn’t use any facilities on site as these were very, very busy, overflowing with people and no seating so we left site and found some super local places to eat, have a drink etc. Same for the pool, no available times but again it was school hols and it was understandable. |There is a pleasant mini woodland walk to the rear of the resort which was nice for a 10 minute walk or with dogs and little ones. |Overall we enjoyed the lodge and its location in North Norfolk. But the onsite facilities were just too busy for us at that time of the year.

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing week at Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa with our two children aged 17 & 14 and two small dogs. Lodges were very spacious and clean and we loved the cosy decor. We had a hot tub on our decking which was great, again very clean. Only down side was no mop to clear water away from decking after getting out of the hot tub which made it a little dangerous as quite slippery. We did ask for a mop at reception but they were unable to provide one, they did accept that it would be useful and the suggestion escalated so hopefully this will be added to lodges with hot tubs soon to avoid a nasty accident. Other than that though we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the resort. We would love to return and stay in the winter.

What a great spot for a long weekend or short break - we loved it so much we booked our next stay before we even left!

The lodges are modern and well equipped, very comfortable and warm. The site itself is very well maintained and it’s so handy having the bar, restaurant and shop just a few minutes walk away. The woodland walk was also perfect for a dog walk (about 30-minutes to do 2 laps) without having to get in the car.

The shop had all the necessities, including dishwasher tablets for 20p each as the lodges do not provide these. They offered some locally baked items like cakes and rolls too, which was a nice touch.

I visited the spa twice and was really impressed! The treatments are reasonable for the price, and the spa itself is incredibly luxurious with friendly and well trained staff. Definitely worth a visit if you’re staying or local!

The restaurant had a good menu, with options for all. The staff were very friendly and service was of a good pace. It was also lovely to sit outside in the sunshine with a drink from the bar, again this was well stocked and even offered a short selection of cocktails.

I would highly recommend a visit here, it has everything you need and is close enough to visit lots of lovely places - I recommend Swaffham on a Saturday for their market, and Sandringham for a long walk around the woods with your dogs.

We have recently returned from a stay here staying in an oxburgh premier. The lodge was lovely - clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom has an ensuite which was great although the shower got very slippery so be careful when using it. The hot tub was nice, and maintained daily. |Tea towel, oven gloves, washing up liquid and small toiletries were provided along with a welcome pack of tea bags, coffee, milk and sugar sachets. The one thing missing was dishwasher tablets but these could be purchased from the onsite shop at 20p per tablet (we had brought our own anyway).||The gym is small but nice. Good cardio and arm weights machines, along with free weights, but lacking in leg weights machines. Swimming pool is lovely but does get booked up quickly as do all the activities so book early! We did archery which was great fun.||The splash park and playground are great for kids and being right by the bar is brilliant as it makes it easy to relax whilst the kids can run around. ||We ordered food once as takeaway from the bar area, and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. ||Overall a lovely holiday destination

Chalets are super clean and tidy, and have most of what you need to live normally. We used the Bistro on this our fourth visit for the first time. Food was mixed my fish and chips was good, but my wife's pizza left a lot to be desired. Having worked in hospitality services for a good part of my life, I found the Bistro service a bit amateurish. All in all we had a good stay, apart from the appx twenty four hour period with no water, that had apparently cut off.

Just come back from a long weekend. |The site is absolutely amazing. |The reception area bar restaurant is all so clean and looks lovely. Has a great little park and splash park for the kids. |Lodge was lovely and big loads of space.|Only let down was the outside area needed a good clean from the cobwebs and the actual lodge is sooo hot and no fans available. |Nice and close to everything yet you feel like your in the middle of nowhere.

A really lovely place, the swimming pool and changing rooms are fab. Small sauna and steam room also which is lovely to make use of. Coffee and bar is also really nice. Only downside is the woman who works in the shop with curly hair and glasses, she is extremely rude and has no customer service, otherwise is would be 5*.
