- Their lifts were not working so we had to take the stairs.

- Room small, not well maintained, full of dusty, not to mention that they use a single cover for the double mattress. Their bed was super uncomfortable and old.

- bathroom rusty, toilet paper holder missing, hot water took wages to function properly.

- We had breakfast at 9am sharp, there were no coffee cups, food was almost empty, we had to ask for things to be done.

- Location was the best thing in this place if you are heading to Glasgow for one night only, even though I would choose one in the city centre next time as it is pretty easy to get to the city centre.

The room was beautiful and incredibly clean. The view of the incoming planes was a nice treat. |We were there for the boxing night. The food was delicious - cheesecake was my favorite.|The staff are so polite and kind and friendly.|I'll definitely book again and return.

We attended the tribute venue and stayed for one night. We had a great time, staff and guests were all lovely. Staff were always available to help and speak to. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. Rooms are small but have everything you need and we all slept well.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. clean rooms. Great tribute night. We went to Mama Mia which was great, host was fab. Thoroughly good fun. Unfortunately breakfast was cold as they had forgot to put on the hot plate. But when pointed out to staff it was quickly rectified.

Really good hotel, very clean. Outside looks bit old but inside is very well maintained. Good fresh breakfast. Only thing I could complain are planes, but is close to airport so you need to be reasonable.

Excellent service from Kirsten on reception (she also sorted out our breakfast) and Emma at dinner.
Rooms fine - clean and quiet. Hotel a little far out but no problem as the restaurant is good, and there is a shuttle to the airport.

Food is amazing, rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff are better than awesome. If you are looking for a friendly, comfortable and feels like home hotel then this is the place for you. I stayed for 3 weeks and the staff feel like one big family. Very very happy with everything.

This hotel is convenient for the airport. We stayed twice mid week and it was extremely quiet. The first room room we had was an ok size clean and had been recently decorated and upgraded. The bathroom did not meet the rooms standards though. The second room was tiny. Two of us couldn't move about at once and there was absolutely nowhere to open our cases on the floor. Again the bathroom needed redoing. We had dinner in the hotel and it was very good as was the excellent
breakfast in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful . The hotel is definitely very tired in places, but it was fine for an overnight stay before/after a holiday as we were able to leave our car.
