Arrived and was greeted with a warm welcome the property is amazing, showed to a outstanding room, had a great nights sleep in an amazing bed, breakfast was perfect! nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend 100%.|Will definitely use again when down on business going forward.

What a fabulous find. Warm welcome and a beautiful place. Anything you needed was provided or could be. The room was massive. Shower great. Towels lovely and soft. Even a mini fridge on the landing to keep your wine chilled!! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. |Breakfast had great choices and was delicious. |Definitely recommend.

North Downs Barn is a great property with spacious, comfortable rooms. ||Alison and Paul are very welcoming, helpful hosts.||Breakfasts were excellent. ||We are so glad we found North Downs Barn and unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in this part of Kent. It is conveniently located in a peaceful area but not far from Rochester and the motorway network.

Beautiful stay in first class accommodation with a faultless breakfast! I travel a Lot with work and this is in my top five, lovely host with immediate rooms which look like brand new! As mentioned quality breakfast, if I’m in the area again I will definitely re visit 😊👍🏼

This b&b and the hosts were exceptional. I was utterly blown away by the style, beauty and attention to detail Alison and Paul have created here. I lucked out on the weather during my trip so was able to enjoy breakfast outside in their stunning quintessential English garden. Their hospitality is second to none and as a solo walker it was the perfect stop over during the north downs walk. I felt utterly pampered and rejuvenated after! I will 100% be back with family and friends.

Probably the best bed & breakfast we have ever been too! Our room was beautiful , the bed super comfy! Felt like it was newly decorated! The full breakfast was incredible, the dining area was quaint and social! For the short time we were there, the owners went out of their way to do everything to make the stay perfect! We now need to find a reason to go back! Thank you so much for having us!

This is our second visit and can't praise it enough. The rooms are beautiful and so comfy. Jacuzzi bath and all the usual extras in the room including use of a fridge with fresh milk and bottles of cold water. Breakfast choice was good, all extremely well presented. Hope we get the chance to return some time .
