I definitely do not recommend a manicure at this beauty salon, primarily due to the glaring lack of basic hygiene standards. The tools were not sterilized in an autoclave, but only soaked in a disinfectant, which is absolutely unacceptable these days. This approach exposes customers to the risk of infection.

Soaking tools in a cup does not meet sterilization requirements and is a serious hygienic violation, especially in beauty salons, where tools come into contact with skin and blood. Only sterilization in an autoclave guarantees full customer safety. Using disinfectant alone does not remove bacterial spores.

The condition of the equipment left much to be desired - the UV lamp was covered in gel residue, which not only looked unsightly, but also indicated a lack of care for cleanliness and hygiene in the salon.

The service was limited to manual abrasion of the old color and application of a new UV gel varnish. There was a lack of pro nail drill machines with professional dust collector, precise brushes for painting, disposable sticks for removing cuticles or disposable files. What's more, the beautician used a disposable stick many times, which only confirms the lack of care for hygiene.

The manicure itself left much to be desired - basic stages of care, such as cutting the cuticles, were omitted. The whole thing was done carelessly and imprecisely. The lack of professionalism and the terrible level of hygiene mean that I strongly advise against visiting this salon.

The manager responded to the complaints by only politely informing that the beautician did her job as best she could and offered a 10% discount. Unfortunately, such a response does not solve the problem of the lack of professionalism and unacceptable hygiene conditions. I advise against visiting this salon.

Had an amazing Caci today with Amy which was brilliant. Already booked up for the next few months. Also a pedicure with gel with Morgan, all good thank you. Lovely colour too.

Treatments - excellent! I regularly have manicures, pedicures & facials. Amy & Jaz and all the staff are extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the treatments & friendly. The salon has a relaxed atmosphere and the products are wonderful. I’ve been to hotel spas and other salons in the past - always impersonal & rushed. I won’t go anywhere else than Nova Medispa!

Had a 45 minute aromatherapy massage with Zoe today, who is new to the salon and I'm so pleased she's joined as I'd had a few disappointing massages there recently. She was absolutely brilliant, did an excellent, firm massage and really found and worked on all the knots and problem areas. I've already booked myself in with her for the next 3 months.
